Although this headset is a bit of a premium price, you'll want to save up for it. It is hands down the best gaming headset I have ever owned. Wired or otherwise. Without getting too wordy, I'll tell it to you straight. Sound quality and volume level (especially for a wireless headset) are both outstanding. Full, rich sound that can be tuned any way you like. Lightweight and comfortable - it comes with your choice of cloth or PU Leather ear cups that both fit well and feel great - and are replaceable. Super long battery life (I haven't ran it out yet - but honestly, aren't you going to plug it in about every other night or so, anyway?) Very durable build quality. Light Metal Framework with 180 degree swivel. Connectivity Options - Wired, RF Dongle, Bluetooth. and a personal favorite... you can play over the RFI dongle and simultaneously connect to your phone. The connection is seamless. The LED light options are icing on the cake. As a 40+ year gamer this truly is my favorite gaming headset so far.

Bought these because I wanted something wireless that had just as good if not better audio than my old pair of A40's. Once I finally got it to pair of with the 2.4 GHz dongle and not just Bluetooth I was impressed with the audio. Connecting it through Armoury Crate was nice and simple and there are plenty of sound adjustment options including 7.1 Sorround/Stereo, Reverb, and sliders for noise gate as well as other other settings. They fit very well and come with 2 different style ear cups for whichever feels most comfortable to you. I was pleasantly surprised at how light they are. I can wear them for hours while gaming or listening to music around the house and forget that they're even on my head because that's how light they are. If you're looking for a nice headset for gaming with lots of sound and RGB options that is also lightweight for under $200 then get these.

I bought this on sale for $160. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of this headset after a few days of use. For one, the audio is a huge upgrade from my last headset. The sounds and locational audio are so much more precise than I could have expected. The music quality is also just as outstanding which surprised me for sure. There is no noticeable delay in audio and connectivity. The dual connection feature is surprisingly awesome, I can watch videos and listen to music much easier while I’m playing my game. Also the aesthetic is awesome. I got myself a white headset and the look is just perfect, especially with the RGB around the edges. This headset is very very comfortable and both ear pads feel great to use. The battery is quite nice, however with the LEDs on at all it tanks the duration of the charge, although even with LEDs and both forms of connection, it still lasted my entire night long gaming session, and it charges very fast too. The app they use to control it, ARMOURY Crate, is not nearly as hard to work with as other people say it is, unless I just got lucky. So far no complaints whatsoever. The price of $250 already seems to be great for the quality you get, but for $160 it’s an absolute steal and a very worthy upgrade if you’re looking for one.

It fits great however i put it on the smallest setting. the clamping force is extremely light so when im trying to look down with it on, it gets a little annoying. And the top of the band could have more cushion but i dont find it uncomfortable. Wireless activity and range is great. Also the wireless latency is amazing! Love the sound and volume. Extremely durable. Controls are easy to use and satisfying. Battery life is fantastic, i charge it maybe once a week if that and i use them all the time. And you can use it while its charging. The cushion is so comfortable and you can switch between the cloth or leather ones. I use the cloth ones and never get overheated. I also love that you can have bluetooth on your phone at the same time as the wireless dongle on your pc. Its great that the mic is detachable. Asus products have never disappointed me. Despite the minor imperfections with the fit, it was exactly what i was looking for and had no problem with what i had to compromise for.

I have never written an Amazon review before but this headsets score is way to low. It is an excellent headset that I would highly recommend except for 2 specific reasons that’s someone might not like it. 1. The headset is quite large so if you have a small head definitely stay away. I have a medium to a large head and it’s still fairly loose on me even on its tightest setting. Secondly the headset is not great at keeping our external audio so if you are in a loud environment or you want serious noise cancelling this isn’t the headset for you. Besides those 2 points this thing is excellent the audio is great, the software is great (besides the sleep function not working currently hoping it gets patched soon), the comfort is top notch, and the microphone is crystal clear. Coming from a Razor Kraken v3 pro this thing is a huge step up and it’s a joy to use. The battery life is also insane I have had it for over 2 weeks and haven't charged it once it’s still at 50% and that’s using it all day. Definitely worth the purchase.

For a closed-back in the $200 range, this headset is stellar. Comfortable, especially the jersey ear pads, don’t get hot. Sound has clarity. Sound-stage and imaging is great. Bass is not too boomy, nor is it too heavy. No EQ, it is great. With EQ, it is even better. Bass can be increased and when it is there is no distortion. Listening to music is great. Volume is plenty loud (not quite like a lot of these headsets). Sound is not tinny, nor does it sound hollow, like you’re in a shoebox. Mic quality is also really good. I returned the Fractal Scape, got the Delta 2 instead, and I am glad that I did. I also really like that the left side control the 2.4 connection and the right side controls the Bluetooth connection.

I think the sound, build quality, offered connectivity options are solid. I use them between my console and laptop, and it’s an easy plug and play. I did download armory crate to update the firmware, but I don’t think you need to use it unless you want to control the RGB light on them. You also need to manually switch the quality sound to 96k in windows sound setting. Current price is expensive, but I did get them when they were on sale.

Very sharp bass that makes my ears hurt. No matter how low I try to change its settings in the EQ it still hurts to listen to. Honestly feels like these will damage my hearing over time since I can't reduce the bass further with the EQ. That's another thing, the EQ. You have to download armory crate in order to turn off the ridiculous RGB and make changes to the sound on these. armory crate is incredibly invasive in that it requires a email address and verify codes just to get it started. You then need to allow its 6+ different inbound and outbound connections to get it to function. Did you not agree to armory crates RIDICULOUS terms during setup? congrats, you cannot use the EQ or turn off the RGB. Apparently being able to make the sound more tolerable or increase your battery life by turning off the RGB is a service reserved for after you agree to send them user data youre forced to agree to in the terms upon setup. I chose not to send them my data at first but then I wasn't even able to connect to the headset in the EQ until after I reinstalled the software and agreed to their terms. You also can't just uninstall armory crate, you have to go to the asus website and download a specialized uninstaller. Last time I needed a specialized uninstaller was for the norton (anti)virus. What were they thinking. Why does all of this need to be so invasive just for some headphones? These aren't cheap either. I'll give them that the battery lasts for a long time and they have metal yokes which should be the industry standard. No headset should be on the market unless it has metal yokes. Almost every time the yoke is the first breaking point for headphones - it isnt rocket science so I chalk it up to planned obsolescence with any headset that does not have metal yokes and I refuse to buy any headset that does not have metal yokes. For example: Every logitech headset i've ever owned has been rendered useless after the yokes have blown out because they refuse to use metal yokes and or metal brackets that bind the headband to the cuff but instead opt for cheap plastic. The Metal yokes on these should should give them a long life. I can barely hear anything outside of the headphones when these are on. the headset is light although uncomfortable because, as it turns out, putting hard plastic where your head rests creates pressure points. I also have a large head and these just barely fit around my ears with the largest band setting which makes my ears hurt after a short period of time. I bought these because of the crazy amount of positive reviews. Jokes on me.

Great headset! It sounds good on the mic and also the ears. Comes with 2 ear things. I use the really breathable ones and the headset is super lightweight. Battery life is amazing too.

Llevo poco más de 1 año con los audífonos, sesiones de gaming diarias de al menos 2-3 horas, el audio es decente y el micrófono sin dudas es lo mejor. El único detalle es la tela que cubre la esponja en la diadema, se desprendió sola después de un tiempo de uso, aproximadamente a los 9-10 meses. Solo por ese detalle no los recomiendo, si también sueles tener sesiones diarias de gaming.

Love it no problem connecting to Bluetooth or hard wire but have some issues connecting to 2.4ghz sometimes amor crate let's it down.comfortable battery life is good quality is great sound is e too but expensive but I thought it was worth it as I wanted all my to be from one manufacturer as had more trouble mixing and matching with programs clashing
