Is this suitable for increasing waterproofing in wellies?

I doubt it. Wellies are waterproof because they’re made of pvc or something similar. The only reason I can think of that would cause them not to be waterproof would be if the plastic is broken or compromised in some way. This spray is just a mist layer for materials or leathers to create a water resistant coating in the material. It won’t seal holes.

Suitable to treat a light pink calf leather Fendi bag with also red & grey python areas? Will it darken colour? Need to mask metal parts from spray?

No however I have used it on many types of fabric and it really protects and is extremely waterproof
