It's a good addition to your fat burner. You feel lite and mid section empty at the end of the day plus other benefits.

A bit big but easy to swallow

I find works well, normally take the liquid version but find the tablets easier when travelling. Only thing I find a bit ironic is taking three large (plastic) health supplements ie they are plastic capsules.

Die Kapseln kamen schnell und gut verpackt an. Leider richen die Kapseln stark nach Apfelessig, gut was soll man auch erwarten. Die Wirkung kann ich noch nicht beurteilen. Für die Kapselgröße, die Verpackung und die schnelle Zustellung 5 Sterne, abzüglich einen Stern für den Geruch.

Nein , Echte Apfelessig ist besser.
