AXV Vibration Plate Exercise Machine Fitness Platform Body Vibrating Board

So initially I was disappointed when I opened the package and realized the remote was not in there. I completely place the blame on Amazon as I had purchased this as like new and had expected them to sell it to me as such. They were unable to help me but when I reached out to the company, they did not hesitate to send me a replacement remote free of charge. That customer service really showed they care! I purchased a different vibration plate before this one and it sounded like a small freight train starting up. The co-worker had this one and it was extremely silent but I was still nervous that I would somehow get the one that sounded like an oil rig starting up. The pink board is super cute and I was very excited about that. Immediately out of the box it started right up and it's pretty easy to figure out how to use. To my extreme delight, it is super quiet when you started up and even more quiet when you're standing on it. The last exercise plate I got also would literally rattle your teeth on level one. I was hoping for something that I could put under my desk to help with blood flow on my legs since I sit at a desk 8 hours a day. Level one on this one is absolutely perfect for that and is what you would expect a level one to be at in my opinion. I have multiple coworkers coming into use it and one actually bought it himself after trying it just one time. My lieutenant said it helped his hips and my captain stated that his feet felt better after using it. My chiropractor also said that she is completely on board with using an exercise board. I have noticed significant feelings of decompression in my lower back which is where my biggest problem is! I would highly recommend this. I haven't test it out the Bluetooth yet but that was a fun added feature. This is definitely something to incorporate into your daily work routine or workout routine lol.

I had bought one for me and one for my mother. She said it has helped so much with her sciatic problem in her leg and hip. I have really enjoyed using it and it does help with my lymphatic problem in my ankle. The swelling has went down. I can’t say enough good things about this machine. It is worth the money! Highly highly recommend!

So, far right outa the box I will give it 5 stars. Packed very well. Super easy set up and directions. It has the craziest suction cups on the bottom that if you have it on a tile floor it’s gonna take you a hot second to pull it up. But it definitely isn’t gonna go anywhere with these on there. I am going to use on carpet just to be able to move around easier if needed. It comes bluetooth compatible and was very easy to set up. Not the greatest speakers in the world but still something to listen to that’s a little louder than my phone’s volume. It is a little heavy but nothing major. I tried it out for 2 minutes and adjusted the speed up and down. Personally I couldn’t tell if it changed or not, that could just be me because my husband tried it and said he could totally tell when I increased the speed. I work from home so I am sitting for 10 hours which takes a toll on my low back and legs. I usually use a chair massager off and on all day, but sometimes that thing heats up too much even with heat turned off and becomes uncomfortable. So, today after work I selected the #1 mode for 10 min and it cycles up and down on the speed. I really like it. It really made my legs feel like the blood is circulating around better. Normally my toes will be cold and I have less feeling in my legs as I have gotten older. But just 10 minutes on it and it’s been almost an hour since I got off the machine and my legs, feet and toes still feel warm and just feel normal for a change. I definitely noticed that the amount of vibration you get and where you feel the vibration most is very dependent on how you are standing. If you lock your knees you vibrate all over. If you bend your knees and squat a little the vibration is less but then you are triggering your muscles to work more to hold that position. If you stand up tall and clinch your butt you feel in your back more. So, you just have to play around with different positions and maybe relax and flex different muscles. Overall just that short little time spent on it my body just feels better. I don’t know if it will really help with weight loss but I feel like it can help with fatigue, relaxation, circulation, leg pain, back pain possibly tone your muscles and a good way to get your body moving in some way. I will say make sure to place it next to a counter, chair back or wall if you have any little balance issues because I did notice that if you should happen to tilt back on carpet it does tilt the machine and will throw you off balance a little. Probably why they have those crazy strong suction cups for hard floors LOL 😂

I am very happy with this vibration platform. It is compact, easy to use, and doesn't take up much space, making it perfect for working out at home. The vibration feels great, and it has different intensity levels so you can adjust the workout to your needs. I’ve been using it to complement my exercise routine, and I think it’s a great option for staying active and working different muscle groups. Given the price and quality, I consider it a good purchase for anyone looking for a vibration platform to use at home. I recommend it.

The pad is spiked. If you want to use barefoot it can be intense. The remote only works if you hold it directly next to the machine which sort of defeats the purpose. Timer only goes to 20 minutes. Also the part that displays the time and volume is very sensitive. If you touch it accidentally it will turn off which happens almost every time I use it if I sit on it or lay my legs across it. Placing a blanket on the machine helps avoid this. I’m also not a fan of the remote. The plus is on the left not the right. It just doesn’t seem intuitive. All that aside I’m using it daily. Helping with balance, circulation, lymphatic and my cellulite. My husband even uses it now. He gets a lot of fluid trapped in feet and legs. He says it “tickles” his legs. I had to build up to my time on the machine. At first 2 mins. Now I can do 40- all different exercises and upper body work. Even laying on my back. It works your whole body! I for a cramp in my side when I was using it!

I had one a few years ago, but got rid of it when I was sleeping in my car and I regretted getting rid of it ever since. Now that I’ve been stable and in my own apartment for almost 2 years I figured it was time to get another one. I’m surprised my beagle didn’t bark at it but now he laid right up on the loveseat and just watched me. I got it in today, September 18, 2026. I only did it for five minutes to start out with because it’s been a long time since I’ve used one and you can definitely feel it. You can feel it shaken in your whole body specially the muscles in your calves and I can feeling in my stomach too, which is good because I got a little bit of belly weight that I need to get rid of also so I think this might work like it used to when I had the other one. I had it on the lowest setting like I said, I only did it for 5 minutes and I definitely feel it. Sorry if I repeat myself. I guess I just really want you to know that it does work. I feel good, I have fibromyalgia and I have a bad back. I get Charlie horses up a storm lately so I’m hoping it helps with that too which one I ask a question it does say that it can help it so I’m hoping it does. It does say use for 10 minutes, but you can start out even at two minutes, I plan to do five more minutes this evening to total out my 10 minutes I’m not sure if I’m gonna do it every day but I’m definitely gonna do it every other day or maybe every two or three days I’ll do it and then take a break for a day since I am considered a beginner AGAIN But if you’re thinking about buying us, I’m gonna say just go ahead and do it. If you have neighbors, I mean, be respectful do it before a certain hour at night time, I don’t know if my neighbor can hear it. I mean it is a little noisy, but it’s not too bad, it’s no louder than what a TV would be. I had to add two AAA batteries-the cord is pretty long has to be at least 4 feet long give or take a couple inches but I was able to plug it into my wall and slide it out to be able to stand in front of my TV where I can watch TV and use it.. Keep in mind from what the questions I was asking before I bought mine about the battery, it does say it keep some AA batteries and some AAA batteries on hand because you don’t know which remote you’re gonna get. Mine just happened to have AAA batteries, but I have both sizes.. I love mine already when I took it out of the box I actually put it on my counter and put everything together, and I even tested it on the counter for about five seconds just to make sure it would start and I did It has suction cups to it also so you’re not gonna fly it all over the place if you have a hardwood floor like me.. Sitting here after doing it for five minutes and I’ve been sitting probably for about seven minutes. I can feel it in my stomach already.. which means it is working. I feel it in my legs and my whole body, but I’m just specifying certain parts of my body that I feel it more so you know… and I know the muscles in my stomach the way they are acting are due to the shaker board so it’s a good feeling.. 😁💖

Okay, I wasn’t so sure about this before I bought it, but I was interested in seeing if it would work- now I don’t go a day without using it at least 10-15 minutes! Yes, this works for lymphatic drainage. The telltale sign that it does, is that until your body is use to it, you may notice your skin feeling itchy! That is your lymphatic drainage system at work! The rapid movements stimulate nerves, increase blood and lymphatic circulation to the skin! And your body releases a small amount of histamine in response- which makes you feel itchy. Eventually you will build up a tolerance after repeated use! I got my mom using this and she started with 1 minute, then 5, until she built up that tolerance. So start slow and you should be fine- obviously in the rare case that you develop hives or the itching doesn’t seem to lessen with use- then I wouldn’t recommend continuing. After some research, that seems rare. Also- I did NOT buy this for any kind of skin tightening or cellulite reducing reasons- but I swear IT FIRMED MY LEGS?! I had stopped working out for like 6 months prior to buying this and started using this about a week after I got back to a regular workout routine and it was crazy how much quicker my legs seemed to firm. I wasn’t looking for or expecting that result. Just a happy bonus. Another bonus- MUSCLE RECOVERY. Another reason I don’t skip using daily is I feel it keeps my muscles relaxed and I’m not as sore after workouts as I would be if I didn’t use it. Other bonuses: -improved balance -a decent massager (sit down in front and rest your legs on it and ya got a good calf massager!) - Remote included: manually adjustable settings, 5 program options to save settings for next time, time settings, and quick-click buttons of low, medium, and high intensity. Overall, I’d say this is a quality purchase! Drawbacks: - Bulky (it’s a vibration plate though, so what do you expect). -Could be sturdier, but for the price I’m impressed! -Some might say it’s slightly noisy but I don’t think it’s that bad. I usually pop on an audio book/podcast/show and enjoy getting caught up while relaxing!

I like this vibration plate. I needed to enhance my workout routine because I have plateau in my weight loss journey. I like the benefits it offers it was easy to setup and I like that it plays music as well. I'm on it right now as I'm doing the review. I'll update later on my weight loss journey. Remember diet and physical exercise does help with losing weight not just the plate.

the vibration plate worked well but has since popped and blew my electricity. The motor which creates the vibration has broken. I have contacted the seller but not heard anything. I am concerned whether there is a warranty? Why has no one got back to me? I only bought it 10 months ago. I paid a higher amount thinking I would get a quality item and good service. Not so far.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert! Dachte nicht das es so anstrengend ist (positiv gemeint) und es den gesamten Körper aktiv fordert ....ist definitiv nicht nur drauf stehen und hin und her wackeln.... Habe ich zumindest ab dem zweiten Tag festgestellt... Und meine ich nicht negativ... Muselkater hatte ich keinen... Absolut Schmerzfrei... Aber aktiv fordernd für den ganzen Körper... Mann muss ein bisschen ausprobieren wie man sich positioniert... Der Effekt kann sich dadurch dann ganz unterschiedlich auswirken. Das Board steht bei der Verwendung sicher durch die Saugnäpfe-die halten hervorragend (getestet auf Laminat und Fliesen) Nur das Netzkabel finde ich etwas zu kurz. Ich verwende deswegen ein Verlängerungskabel... Ohne muss mann in kurzer Reichweite ne Steckdose haben. Und wen es interessiert... Es war einwandfrei verpackt - sozusagen 1A Transportsicher mit Inlay etc.

Does the job well. Been using since 6 months. Works perfectly and is sturdy too.
