I am writing to follow up on my second order. After my first order arrived broken and sent back, the seller promptly reached out to me. He was very pleasant and professional. He immediately offered me a gift voucher because he felt terrible. Honestly I think it was not his fault for the broken product. It could have been damaged while in transit. I was able to order a second tray and this time it came better packaged! It is a very beautiful tray. I love everything about it.....the size, shape, and color. It looks as described on the website. I will definitely get a lot of use for this tray!

This tray is beautiful! I love it! One of Amazon's best products. BUT BEWARE - as the product comes, it will form rings from wet glasses. Either do not put wet things on it or experiment with a sealer that won't change the color of the wood. I have found something, but I am afraid to tell you in case I might be wrong. You can do it! Again, beautiful product!

I love that this tray is oval instead of the usual rectangle shape. It's very sturdy and has nice handles for carrying. It’s the perfect size for a few glasses or cups and for corralling remote controls.

Looks great! Elegant enough to use when serving drinks to guests. Wide enough to hold a place setting (luncheon plate, drink, utensils & napkin) if you take your meals somewhere other than at the table. This makes a very nice gift. Maybe for Christmas! (Yeah, I went there). Just add wine, crackers, cheese, a few chocolates, some nice wine glasses and wallah!! A lovely gift. ;-)

Cons: One if the handles broke when I used it to pull it out of the box. Texture felt a little rough in some areas.Pros: It was just the size, shape and style I was looking for.End result: glued the handle back with gorilla glue and continued with my life.Should be priced lower based on it's fragility. Not sure if I would carry food and drinks on this by the handles but my purpose was to leave this on my ottoman to hold drinks and plates while watching TV, not to transport things.

Beautiful color and wood. The tray oval Shape as expected. However had slight wood crack at handle. Did not notice until a couple days later after original box thrown away. Will keep it and live with slight crack inWood. If you order be sure to examine thoroughly before tossing boxes etc.

I eat in the living room on a recliner after I get home from work. Used an old tray I bought at a church rummage sale for 10 years but it was falling apart and then I saw this.It's a little heavier, but I quickly got used to it. It's got rounded edges, handles and it fits a big sized plate easily.I love this tray.Probably have it for another 10 years.

Loved the look of this tray but when I used it for a very lightweight Christmas centerpiece, the handle snapped off. Although I've had it a year, this was the first time I used it. Very pretty tray but not worth the money. Would like a replacement.
