I find it very easy to have the consumer durable product for the first time. I'm glad I ordered it online. Makes me feel hassle free to buy such products easily.Storage is good, design wise it could be little better to avail more storage capacity.

The fridge started malfunctioning within 2 months. The compressor stops cooling suddenly.After logging a call they replaced the electronic board but same issue persists. Now just need to spend time logging requests and chasing customer service. Not worth it.Update after 10 months of usage - The refrigerator gives constant problem of no cooling and then call service centre to fix, it is absolutely a frustration. Do not buy any product of voltas beko, all quality rejected products are just sold in india.

A broken refrigerator was delivered and when we asked for return and refund , Amazon refused and forced us for replacement from Voltas service centre,It took 8 days from Voltas to get replacement and installation.

It seems deliberately sent without bottle guards... just to save cost!? Pathetic from TATA brand point of view, so cheap approach. While contacting amazing support they nicely offered replacement or refund but since overall product is working didn't opt for that. Service engineer who visited confirm that today while installing other similar products he observed the same issue. Requested to provide only missing guards but unfortunately it was denied. Let's see Amazon offered some minor gift voucher to compensate the loss if I receive!?
