I have SEVERE neck, upper and lower back issues yet am working to rebuild a business which is requiring a lengthy amount of time at the computer. Standard chairs (even with high backs and neck support) just don't help and I didn't have $800. for a higher-end model, but I also know that you often get what you pay for if you go too cheap (and I can't afford that either.) This chair is the perfect middle ground. Paid less than $200. but it has all the features I was looking for loke low-pressure mesh design, adjustable height (not just up/down) arm rests. Independent neck and lumbar supports that aren't just some pads at the back of a chair but at a non-adjustable seat depth. These 2 supports adjustment and move forward and backward enough to satisfy my severe back and neck curvature as well as up + down to position for correct head height and height of lumbar support (sometimes I need the contact point at nearer to my lower thoracic than my lower lumbar.) Even more pleasant was that it is very easy to assemble with good clear diagram instructions (screws and small parts are itemized and separated by step # and the diagrams are so clear that you don't need to worry about language.) And it is STURDY, which is another which is another area of concern for me, being "heavier" and with a knee replacement. Overall I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this chair and I highly clrecommemd it, especially for it's quality, features and price range.

I had a very expensive office chair but at 8 years old, it was causing excruciating back pain. At least I hoped it was the chair. Got this chair assembled it and immediately my back started feeling better. This is day three and I still can't believe how much better I feel. The people that complained about assembly, are clearly not comfortable putting anything together because this was the most detailed yet simplistic assembly I've ever done. Everything incredibly clearly marked and separated out. If you can go from steps 1 to 10 you can build this!! I'm 6'1. I weigh 205 lb and this chair is a great height as the headrest hits me perfectly. Also, my legs are at the perfect 90° angle and I'm very happy. I hope this chair holds up well over a long period of time and I'll update in a 3-month..

The component quality is excellent, it is a very sturdy, well designed chair with good lower back support which is what I was looking for in the first place. I did struggle with the assembly and had to get a friend to help but to be fair I've always been all thumbs when it came to putting things together. My one real knock is that the seat isn't cushioned enough for long stretches of sitting. I had to add a secondary pad that I bought online to compensate. Otherwise a good buy for the cost, it can be adjusted in a good variety of ways to make it more comfortable for different people.

I am honestly shocked how well this was packaged! not one part came out loose. things were packaged together but inside that packaged also. High quality parts. The bolts/screws had the lock tight stuff around the threads. Definitely no question if they were tight enough. Easy to follow directions. Only step 5 isnt labeled like the others, But Easy to open the package and see which one you need. All the tools you need came with it. The Allen wrench actually had a decent handle on it. The barch support feels great. It's comfortable for now. we will see how many hours until its not. Most of the bolts came with one extra. Out of the many things I have bought and had to put together, This one! freaking awesome. It looks good, besides the chrome pieces cover the bolts, I can change that. So far ,new, there is no noise from it.

To be honest. I had high hopes for this chair. Now. I hate it, I don’t know who is sitting on this for extended time. I can’t. Its supposed to be for bigger people. Im not huge. Its not wide enough with the arms down. I changed the wheels because it didn’t roll correctly. I added a pad because its too firm. The mesh is supposed to be more comfortable. The support is more stiff than relaxed. The design of the head rest is awkward. You’re supposed to be able to adjust it. It got locked into place. Now the height of it is too low. I misplaced the directions. I know there is a way to re-adjust it. Its just not clearly noticeable; such as a knob or button. As far as quality, its well made, as far as sturdiness goes. The thing is that when i go to sit down, there is that lip in front. I have to have an arm down on the chair, hold onto it, then sit down, otherwise the chair rolls away and I would fall on my butt. So, in that way- its not really safe. Even though I have this cushion on it, its still hard and my back hurts all the time Im sitting there. Not immediately, but soon afterwards. If I could return it, I would. That’s the thing about furniture, tho, isn’t it? Once its together, you can’t really take it apart and rebox it and send it back. It takes a week or so to figure it. Then the box is gone. Maybe if it were a little higher. I don’t know. Im fairly sure its all the way up. So yeah. Make sure your surface is really flat. Even changing the wheels doesn’t help. It moves well enough when you’re not in it. But trying to get in it and moving around in it is a different story. Also. I always feel like I’m leaning forward unless I intentionally sit back against against the back of the chair. Then it feels awkward where the headrest is and the back support. I don’t know. Im not a happy camper. Its the second mesh chair. Neither are actually comfortable. There really isn’t enough padding if you’re a bigger guy. This is supposed to support up to 400lb. Well its not breaking, but it’s also not comfortable.

Overall, this is a great chair, and I’m really happy with my purchase. The assembly process wasn’t too difficult, though I did encounter a bit of trouble when it came to attaching the headrest. It may have been something I was doing wrong, but that part of the assembly felt trickier than it needed to be. I think it could be designed in a way that makes attaching the headrest a bit easier. Aside from that, the rest of the assembly went smoothly and didn’t take too much time. In terms of comfort, the chair definitely meets my expectations. The seat is comfortable, and the support it provides is just right for long hours at the desk. This is my first time using a mesh chair, and I have to say, I’m impressed with how well it breathes. The mesh design keeps me cool and comfortable throughout the day, even during extended use. It’s a significant upgrade from the traditional padded chairs I’ve used in the past. The lumbar support is also a nice touch, and it helps me maintain good posture, which is important for me since I spend a lot of time working at my desk. The chair also looks great! So far, everything feels sturdy and well-built, and I don’t foresee any issues, but it’s always something to consider with a new type of chair. All in all, I’m really pleased with this chair. It’s comfortable, stylish, and relatively easy to assemble, with just a minor hiccup when it came to the headrest. When this chair arrived, I found that every part was in a bag and all but two sets of screws were in one package. Both of those two sets of screws could be found in one of the part bags and was so labeled on those bags. The instructions were extremely easy to follow and making sure all parts were there was easy to do. Following the instructions to put the chair together were easy and it wasn't too difficult at all. Side note: I was not able to seat any of the wheels into one of the 5 legs the chair came with but I contacted customer support an they were very helpful and replaced the part without delay. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They stood behind their product and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Once it was put together, I can easily say this is the best office chair I've ever had. The mesh backing is firm but not stiff and keeps the chair from getting too hot. The adjustable arms are a really nice touch but it's the headrest and lumbar support that steal the show, 5+ stars all the way. The recline feature allows you to adjust how much and how freely you can recline the back. The chair is solid when fully reclined and so stable that I think it could recline 180 degrees and still feel rock solid. If you have any doubts about whether the chair is worth the money, don't. You won't regret owning this chair.

I ordered this and gave it a solid 3 months of use before writing this review. The chair is just okay... not great, not horrible. Below are quick Pros and Cons: Pros: Price; quality; packaged well; semi-adjustable arms; adjustable lumbar support; semi-adjustable head support. Cons: Uncomfortable for a week on the butt area; lumbar support does not lock into place and mine constantly slides down and I have to readjust it (primary reason for 3 stars); semi-adjustable head rest does not adjust forward enough. My biggest issue is the lumbar support. I can raise it (slide it) up to where I need it, but then it does not stay. It slides down again after a few minutes. The whole reason I bought this chair was for lumbar support after a back injury. I’d also love if the headrest could move forward more. It’s not the most comfortable chair either, but I would be okay substituting comfort for ergonomics - this just doesn’t check the box for either. Overall, it’s a decent chair, but not amazing. If I could, I’d give it 3.5 stars. From my take, I would not recommend to anyone the needs stable lumber.

So far the chair has been amazing, easy to assemble it took me about 30 mins to build. its comfy, and its wide enough to sit in with extra room. It also has lift arms that you can put up and take them out of the way. This makes it a good purchase.

Overall the product is good! The seat is very comfortable, the neck support is excellent and the arms are great. My only complaint is the lumbar support. It doesnt stay in place so I have to keep rising it every 2 seconds and its quite annoying and its also intense and feels a little uncomfortable even at the correct position. So the overall chair Id rate it a 4/5, the lumbar 2/5.

Absolutely horribe to sit in longer then 10 mins. The seat is very uncomfy and causes pain. It was easy to built but just absolutely uncomfortable.
