This is by far the best plant-based cookbook Iโve ever owned. It offers an incredible variety of recipes that are not only healthy but also exciting to share with others. Every page feels fresh and inspiring. After 10 years of being vegan, I still discovered plenty of new ideas here. The recipes focus on real, wholesome ingredients without relying on gimmicky or overly "creative" vegan dupes, making it a true standout.

Solid research based food recipes for living healthy
Dr. Michael Greger M.D. Is the producer of this cookbook. The recipes are whole plant food based. In his other books he has presented Gold Standard research on the foods used in this cookbook. His Nutrition Facts organization, uses many volunteers to access food research papers and to weed out those which include any of many well understood red flags that indicate tainted or biased research. Volunteers have worked on the recipes to make them flavorful and enjoyable in addition to being healthy.

Great cook book for health conscious
Love this book. There are some very good and simple recipes in there. Like any plant based book you need to be willing to shop the ingredients and put the work in but I like how he uses the spices and ingredients he talks about in the book.

Great for those who enjoy vegan ingredients! A beautiful book.
This is an absolutely gorgeous book with almost every page in full color but sadly, none of the recipes in it appealed to me. I already own Dr Gregerโs book, How Not to Age, so thought I would enjoy the companion cookbook but after perusing it, I just donโt think I would ever use it so am sorry to say, Iโm returning it.

Must buy for vegan wanting to eat healthy!
This is the second cookbook i bought from the doctor. I love the recipes are actually easy to make. Theyโre not only healthy, they taste great too!

Os livros de receita do dr greger sรฃo os melรงhores para que quer seguir uma dieta vegetariana saudรกvel, eu jรก tenhos os trรชs, tudo integral e sem รณleo com o mรญnimo de sal, sรฃo receitas muito completas e saborosas, uso nas minhas marmitas do dia a dia. Alguns ingredientes podem ser dificeis de achar no brasil mas sรฃo poucos os casos, a maioria dรก prรก achar tudo, mas pode substituir, dรก pra susbtituir edamame por ervilha em algumas receitas por exemplo.

vegetarian recipes with ingredients not easy found by Europeans
Basically it's a book on vegetarian recipes. The main problem for European people is that it has a lot of ingredients not easily available for us. It might be wonderful for North Americans, not so much for Europeans

Aanrader voor de vegan home cook!
Ik volg dr Michael Greger al jaren, nu, na als zijn boeken, zijn kookboek "The How not to Age Cookbook" gekocht. Het boek is niet geschreven door, maar met dr Greger. Heb al meerdere recepten geprobeerd: ze zijn vrij eenvoudig te maken, maar de smaak is heel erg goed. Veel smaakcombinaties die ik nog niet kende, maar nu volop gebruik. Aanrader voor de vegan home cook!
