This suitcase is an easy 5*. Bought for my wife for her first long haul holiday and it met her needs entirely. Perfect size, light, easy to transport, and a good inside design to ensure nothing falls out when opening. All at a great price point. Everything you could want from a suitcase. The main reason for writing this review though is that we originally went for the 32" case which turned out to be too big for our needs. We decided to buy the slightly smaller 29" (same design and colour) and return the 32". The delivery carrier did not handle the return well at all, which led to a worrying situation where we were in danger of being £60+ out of pocket. FLYMAX immediately took responsibility (within 12 hours on a Sunday) and ensured the refund was processed based on the evidence we provided. One of the main concerns of Amazon recently is whether or not sellers will be helpful, easily contactable and, above all, fair in dealings that don't necessarily maximise their sales. I am very happy to say that FLYMAX excel in all 3. We don't travel a huge amount, but there were multiple occasions on our trip when my suitcase fell short of my wife's (mainly when opening it and all my stuff fell over the floor but hers didn't!). We will 100% be coming back to FLYMAX before our next trip.

Such good cases for a bargain price! Used recently on a trip to New York- lightweight, easy to wheel and loads of space. My husband, sister and mother-in-law got one after seeing mine! Highly recommend 👌🏻

It’s a lovely case, it seems sturdy and easy to manoeuvre. However it is not a bright blue colour at all as the picture shows, it’s a much darker blue and not very vibrant, which is why I’ve deducted a star.

Great quality, does exactly what was needed, allowed on a plane as hand lugage and easy for a 8 and 10 year old to move around

Why did you choose this product over others?: There were a number of similar cases available for similar price so the main reason I chose this one was because I wanted next day delivery. Functionality: This case is a good size - not too big and bulky, and yet you can get a lot of stuff in it. When one side is packed, you zip up the cover, then pack the other side. It keeps everything flat and tightly packed. Travelability: It seems to be strong enough to withstand the baggage handlers at airports. It's very light and esy to move. Design: The case looks nice and comes in a range of nice colours.

Very Fast Delivery of this item from the Company/Seller, Received the next day (Excellent 👍). Very Pleased with Product. Nice Suitcase. When I Ordered this Item, Amazon asked is there another Safe Place to leave the Item, which I said to Leave the Parcel Behind our Wheelie Bins. Not Expecting the Suitcase to Arrive until Tuesday the 16th, like they said, I came Home on Saturday (13Th) to find the Parcel on the Doorstep, within Full view of the Path/Road. Luckily the Item was Still there. they Obviously didn't care or took Notice of my Note of where to Leave it???.

Very good value ideally good for traveling not too heavy for females .

Safety clip broke after first use so need a padlock instead. Other than that its not bad

Koffer Größe ist perfekt für 10-15 Tage Reise. Im Leerstand ist sehr leicht. Die Innetrennung ist praktisch und bietet eine Innennetzttasche mit Reißveschluss für kleine Gegenstände. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
