I use it for all my bread needs, it is a pleasure to eat. It is crunchy on the outside and moist inside,also very tasty. It is the best I have found.

I've been a big fan of the other bread from this company but thought I'd try this version as I'm doing keto. It's just as good, if not better than the original loaf. It makes a proper loaf of bread, with seeds but still has regular bread texture. Really easy to make. I don't think any other low carb or paleo bread mixes compete with this company (just my personal opinion). Please don't ever stop selling on Amazon!

I have enjoyed this bread although have always found it to be a bit wet inside after cooking, and for this reason I always toast it. I have tried reducing the water but the result is the same.worth the try but it was a little salty for my liking - my search continues for a low carb load that I really like.

Tastes fine - though comes out more like cake than bread but maybe thats my cooking skills! German instructions which need trnaslation if you dont speak German but nonetheless simple to make.

I was pleased with this mix but it's an expensive way of eating low carb bread so I am experimenting making my own as many of the ingredients are easily available from the supermarket

Cooked this batch and they were OK. Left them overnight and in the morning when I cut one open it was green!!!! Amazon can't answer the question but they did give a full refund no quibble. So please check inside before you eat this product.
