Oily Hooded Eyelid Necessity!
I have oily hooded eyelids that crease like crazy without primer and this makes my eyeshadow last like no other. I never get any creasing using this. I genuinely get stressed out when I’m running low cause I can’t do my makeup without it haha. I used to use the urban decay original primer potion, but it got to be too expensive for me. This works just as good as that for me personally. Can’t recommend it enough!

This stuff is magic
Wow. That's all I have to say. I work in a hot gym and need to keep my eyeshadow looking good. I came across this and the reviews and price point had me taking a chance. It's got a lip gloss applicator which was new to me, I've only ever used tube primers. I love that I can apply this and my eyeshadow isn't going to budge. I went to a wake, took a nap, and then work, without a single part of it out of place. I've cried, and nothing out of place. This stuff is magic! A little micellar water and it comes off. The only thing I don't like, is it does NOT mix with concealer without looking crazy. I've got DARK undereye circles, so I'm lathering on that concealer. If I've got damp concealer (not set or applied after doing my shadow) it won't set properly. Like it will look weird and patchy in that area that comes up along my nose, adjacent to my eye. So I do the concealer there after my shadow is set, or don't drag out the primer too far, and it's fine. This could just be me or not noticeable to someone who doesn't need as much concealer

Works really well
I love this product. I use mainly eye shadow sticks, not powder. Other eyeshadow primers I have tried did not dry clear so affected the color of the shadow to lighten it, would still allow shadow to settle into eye lid creases, and were generally unsatisfactory. This is super easy to apply with the applicator provided, so no need to smooth it out with a brush or fingers. Drying clear allows the true color of the shadow to show. My shadow never creases. My lids are not left greasy or too dry. It does not bother my very sensitive eyes at all. Great product. I highly recommend it.

My favorite, brow gel, great hold
I have gone. You’re looking for a good brow gel, all of the ones I have used before are too soft and do not hold well. I found this in Walmart a few months ago. And it works great. The downside is that it does not last but two months. Walmart no longer sells it so I have to buy online, I hope they do not discontinue it.

Very pigmented and kinda sticky
This primer kinda works too well. It’s so sticky that it’s very difficult to blend eyeshadow on top of it. It’s also very pigmented, almost like a light concealer. If you aren’t very pale this will really stand out and look strange.

Best primer regardless of price
I’ve tried ALL the primers out there from drugstore to luxury and this is the only one that keeps most shadows on my hooded lids. From multichrome shades to mattes, this will work on me. The only shadows it won’t work on are those really emollient or squishy shades (that crease on almost everyone) or very glittery shades - for those you need glitter glue or just spackle! I use this sparingly on the mobile part of my lid each day and most of my shadows will last a good 14-16 hours with no problem. It is a sticky primer so I use a silicone based primer on my upper lids (Trish McEvoy) - do not set the sticky primer or it won’t be able to work its magic. Also, there is a ton of product in the tube. I generally just pull the stopper out of the top and use a small silicone spatula to extract a bit each day. If you’re relying on the applicator it comes with and start to think the tube is empty…it’s not, just pull that stopper out! Genuinely hope they never stop making this product.

Best eyeshadow primer
Absolute fave eyeshadow primer! I used to use urban decay one but this one beats it! And hello! The price!?

Worked well!
This stuff was so strange putting on, but worked just as it says!! You have to wait until it dries to continue, but it dries fast!! It's a little thick so it can feel weird.

Yeah I said it. I have ridiculously oily lids, regularly have liner and shadow creasing and transfer. This is a tacky primer, for the placement of shadow, not for blending. Put down a skin tone shadow or set first before blending shadows. It's also semi sheer, but still does a good job of calming lid discoloration and visible veins. This lasted me for about 10 hours, heavy shadow and liner with metallic and glitter shadows during one of our most humid days and my lids barely budged by the end. I will buy this ongoing, so long as CoverGirl doesn't do something stupid and discontinue it.

Me gustó la textura y es muy fácil de remover al desmaquillar.
