First time trying this type of herbal fruit tea
Very delicious and warming. I really appreciate that the sugar is a cube that I can remove easily from the mix. I start my day with a 16 oz thermos and constantly add hot water to it, without any noticeable flavor change. Without the sugar it is still pleasantly sweet. Would really recommend, especially for those who are trying to cut back on caffeine. You get the warmth without that insane energy rush.

I drank this every day after my first C-section, and while I canโt say for sure how much it helped with healing, my recovery felt smooth overall.
