A mixture of brandy from Jerez and Horchata from Valencia. This exquisite mix, harmoniously blended, gives a drink that is unlike any other. We take the Horchata and concentrate it, so that its distinctive nutty taste is even more intense, a flavour unlike any other and always served very cold. This delicious brandy is soft, smooth and rich with the taste of the century old, oak casks, in which it was formed, distilled to perfection with the help of the cool Atlantic winds which roll in over the plains of Cadiz, fanning the casks in the heat of the blazing sun. It also goes perfectly over ice cream, crepes and in cakes.

A little too sweet for me but wow, the customer service!
(I almost never touch sugary drinks so I'm very sensitive to sweetness - de gustibus non est disputandem and I'm rather extreme in this respect)I assumed this had sugar added, contrary to the ingredients on the bottle, so contacted the company in a huff. Got a call back within the hour from the company founder who explained the sweetness was purely from the tiger nuts (even knew the botanical name for the plant!), immediately offered me an unconditional refund, and we had a fifteen minute conversation on the production of the drink, the historical use of tiger nuts, and more. Genuinely interesting.I declined the refund as it was purely my mistake, but that level of customer service is something from a kinder, slower decade. I can hear the Edward Thomas' Adlestrop being recited in a quiet corner of my mind.Anyway, please try it for yourself.

Delicious
This is lovely, much nicer than Baileys Almande as a Baileys alternative. It's creamy without being too thick, sweet without being sickly - just really nice. I really appreciate that the firm doesn't make anything that's not vegan too, it's good to know my money isn't subsidising meat or dairy production. Got some at a vegan fair on the weekend and it's disappearing rather quickly!
