Too small but great

I have been using this for 30 years and always get compliments on my scent. It is my signature scent. Which is very fresh, tropical with a hint of tiara flower. It really works on keeping me skin young and luminous. For a 61 year old, you would be surprised how smooth my skin is. I also use this on my hair as a mask to keep it in good condition. It removes eye make up and is generally a good all rounder, makes a great gift also

I used to buy Elemis, now I will buy this: cheaper and more natural since ingredients are natural and do not contain any chemicals or preservatives. The poor design of the bottle is an issue, as difficult to use without making a mess. It is a tradition in Tahiti, as locals used to recycle their cough mixture bottles and fill them up with their monoi oil. What I do Is that I transfer the oil once liquified into a an empty pump bottle (including the tiare flower) and voila! This little miracle product has more moisturing power than Elemis without making my skin greasy, and I hope it will be help me manage my psoriasis.

Smells great, feels lovely and just as pictured and described. Will be adding to my haircare routines.

For those looking for an Elemis Monoi Oil replacement this is not it. The smell is like someone concentrated a chemical frangipani and mixed it with a parma violet, then accidently put in triple the amount needed - very overpowering and too sweet. The oil itself is moisturising but feels greasy even for coconut oil, like they missed a step and didn't refine it properly. If I didn't know it was coconut oil I would have guessed it was a mix of 90% coconut and 10% lard. It does moisturise but I had to wash it off after half a day due the smell which continued to linger for a few hours even after doing my best to wash it off.

I have used this for many years. First and foremost I love its smell and then it's moisturizing quality which is great. It penetrates deep. That is what we want from a oil and both is achieved by it.
