I’m usually rushing out in the morning and don’t have time for a proper breakfast. This has made life much easier. I have it in the morning before work and even at night after the gym. Just mix it with cold milk and eat, no cooking is required and you’re done. No dishes to clean. I’m on the road most of the time and train at the gym, so convenience matters a lot. This fits perfectly into that routine without feeling like a compromise on health. It’s a bit more expensive than normal oats, but if you’re busy, working, training, and still want to eat clean without thinking too much, this is worth it. The taste is clean, not sweet or artificial, and it doesn’t sit heavy in the stomach. Since I started having this regularly, my body honestly feels lighter and I have more steady energy through the day. I’ll definitely keep this as a regular part of my routine. I’m buying it again. I prefer products without refined sugar, so this gave me peace of mind when choosing a daily breakfast option. I originally bought it for myself, but what surprised me is how it slowly became something I wanted my parents to eat too. My mom: She usually avoids protein type foods because she feels they taste too strong or artificial. With this one, she actually liked the chocolate flavour and the texture. Her exact words were, “This feels light but still like a proper breakfast.” Now she keeps reminding me to keep it stocked at home because it is quick and does not feel overly sweet. My dad: He normally avoids anything that feels like a diet product. I honestly didn’t expect to eat this so quickly. That should tell you everything. I bought this for my brother and me. If you train, this is one of the simplest breakfast upgrades you can make. You get around 25g protein in a bowl and it actually tastes good (suprisingly). The chocolate flavour is literally addictive and satisfying, not fake, and the nuts and seeds make it feel filling enough to keep you going for hours. No effort at all and no cooking. I just add around 100grams of this oats and 175 ml of cold milk. Thats all!! One downside, do not buy just one 400g pack. It goes fast and barely lasts few days because it’s that enjoyable. Get at least 3 to 5 packs to start properly.

This high protein oats is healthy and also gives benefits to my body. The taste is also tasty and also helping me to gaining weight. It also completes my needs in protein intake. This product gives me strength after I have done my workout session. Although, this product is so beneficial, I loved this product.
