Spiral bound. Nice paper. Portable. Provides an overview of the author's books.
Love love love it. The one thing I will say is that it doesn't have lots of room to write daily plans. If you are looking to track birthdays, dr appointments, and things like that it will be fine. Each 2 page spread is one week. I really didn't buy it as a planner. I like to color the pictures and then use them for cards. It is also not quite as daunting as her full size coloring books(I do love her big books). It is portable and will easily fit in a purse or backpack. The paper is a nice quality. If you have never purchased any of Johanna's coloring this is a good place to dip your toes. The planner pulls pictures from all her different published books and gives you a nice overview. I like the spiral bound aspect of it. If you don't use it as a planner you can use any medium you like.(I do place a piece of paper behind the page I am working on. This prevents markers and such from bleeding through.) I also like that it gives you the opportunity to play with color combos. This is extremely helpful when you want to color a full sized page.

Includes My Wishlist for Future Calendars!
It’s what you would expect from Johanna. You all know the images by now and the paper quality is exceptional. The only thing I would change is putting a waterproof wipable clear cover over the top. I’ll be carrying this around and taking it in and out of my briefcase and I know it will be wrecked before the end of 2019. I already spilled tea on it... Still though, it’s exactly what was advertised and I knew going in that I’d be rough on it. I would love to see a larger calendar with more room to write on every day, too, but now I’m really dreaming!

If you love Johanna Basford’s designs, this is for you
Bought two of these planners, one for myself, one for my teen daughter who keeps losing her school planners <insert eye roll> I’m hoping she’ll hold onto this one a bit longer because there’s a coloring aspect to it, and she’s always doodling on her homework <insert another eye roll>One star dropped because one of them came ripped. C’mon amazon packing bots, be more careful!

Love these planners.
I had the 2017-2018 weekly planner from Johanna Basford and loved it, so it was a no brainer to get this one to. It has lots of room to record appointments, jot down notes, or record your thoughts for the day, or act as a weekly journal. It also has a full page illustration from one of Johanna Basford's coloring books for you to color. Last year I would color the page that each week had. With this new planner, instead of coloring the journal page, I'm coloring the same page in the coloring book (I have them all...BIG fan). The planner itself is just what I was looking for.

THIS COLORING CALENDAR IS NOT THE NEWEST ONE. DON’T MAKE MY MISTAKE.
I bought a Calendar that is exactly like the one I bought last year. Mistake, but I guess I will eat it. It is 2018-19. Since I ordered it at the end of September, I just can’t imagine why it would even put on sale. There is less than 3 months left in the year. The newer Calendar 2020-2021 should have had top billing, and the other ones price should have been slashed to at least half-price. I am so disappointed. I don’t like to return things. So, I guess I have a coloring book to donate to a elder care facility. Maybe I will just use the calendar from the Veterans for next year, it is free. I love Joanna Bashford, but for that price, I will draw my own pictures.

Doodler, colorer? You will like this.
I've bought this brand calendar for two years running now and love it. I use it as a day planner and the format works well for me - not totally old school, use Outlook Calendar too, but this is convenient for my needs. I keep this at work and don't often have the time to challenge my want to be artistic skills (sometimes I can on a phone call or conference call/webinar) but still, looking at the artwork, knowing I can add to it if I want, adds to my day.

I now keep an agenda book
I never kept a appointments on one calendar - they were in our kitchen and both offices and didn't really have enough space for notes. I found this about 3 years ago and I put everything in it. I guess it's because I liked coloring the pages but I kept it with me enough that I began jotting everything in it Appts, Classes, dates to give the cat her shots, and then my things to accomplish lists, and even my gardening notes (when planted, est. harvest dates). and my to get lists for non-grocery items. I keep it nearby at all times. No more loose pieces of paper all over the house.

Wonderful!
I ordered this because I prefer to use a 16-18 month planner, AND because I like the ease of use of spiral-bound workbooks. If this beautiful thing included a month-by-month planner it would be total perfection! As it is, it IS pretty wonderful! I had no idea that Johanna Basford made such planners (there is a 12 month version, as well). It was a delightful surprise for me! I stumbled upon this while browsing Amazon for possible planners for the next year, and was elated! The paper quality is very good, and the many lovely drawings will be lots of fun to work with to smooth out my daily stress. There is enough room for me to make note of each day's plans, and with the addition of a plain month-by-month planner from another source (sadly), this will take me nicely into and through most of 2020.I was delighted to find this...have so enjoyed working with Johanna Basford's other coloring books...and look forward to working with this from August on! Brava!

Johanna Basford books have never let me down, there are pictures where concentration is a must, then other where you can let you mind out of the box and use colours you would not usually use.Crayon, pencil, pens, fine liners, gel pens, and paints, all can be used on these books.I have most of her books and counting. It is time to relax and recharge the batteries for the next day.Avid fan and always will be.Thank you, Johanna Basford

Lovely planner
Love this planner so so much... Amazing images... Little snippits from each of her existing books all set out as one image per week in the planner so you have so much choice of what to use..Does not have as thick a paper as in her colouring books but it is still very nice to work with x

Lovely
Beautiful journal and can’t wait to start colouring. However when mine arrived it wasn’t bound correctly-the cover was on upside down and the spiral bind itself was on back to front -easy enough to remedy but a little frustrating

Disappointed
Used felt tip pens , bleed to other side of page , which made that unusable.

Excellent
Just what I wanted! Lovely selection of her wonderful illustrations, one for each week and the paper is good quality for colouring.
