Good tool, great price.
Good tool, great price. Works great with a little bit of lubricant. I have used this Twice now on all my clubs and have seen great results. I purchased one each for my Dad and Brother. They love it as well.

My honest review is I purchased for my husband who is an avid golfer and I knew nothing at all and still don't about these gadgets except it is for grooves in the golf clubs.I took the chance and ordered it after all the price was great so I couldn't lose much had he told me this was useless.That's not the case he really appreciated I got him this and says they work as expected. 5 stars because he Said this was much better than his other ones.So sorry this is not much help but he does like it.

My Irons Wore Down the Sharpener
The grooves in my irons and wedges had a couple of nicks in them and were starting to show a little wear, so I bought one of these to try out. I used the widest V-shaped head and ran it firmly up and down each groove in each club about 10-12 times. Doing the math gets it to only about 1000 passes. It seems like other reviewers used it much more than I did. I'm not sure if the grooves are any different, but THERE IS VISIBLE WEAR on the tool. It looks like instead of the tool sharpening my grooves, the CLUBS WORE DOWN THE SHARPENER. Maybe the composition of the steel in my irons is to blame--they're forged MP-54s. Nonetheless, for me, this is a groove cleaner and nothing more.

Tiny tool but big improvement
When you first see this little tool you won't think it can do much good. However, after re-grooving my wedges I was finding small shred marks on my golf balls as the grooves cut into the cover. This hadn't happened since the clubs were new. It's not the easiest device to manipulate, but with patience it can make a huge difference in your clubs' performance.

There's a learning curve hear requiring a bit of patience. Wish there was a tutorial from the factory . Try 1st on old clubs as it has a tendency to "leave the groove" your cleaning & then woefully scratch the smooth club head surface. A very well made product , definitely not chineese

I don't typically leave reviews but this little tool has me so annoyed. After about a month of ownership and two uses, the head became unscrewed and is lost. Not sure why it was so easy for this to happen when my clubs don't actually move around that often.
