This is a telescopic ladder. A little heavy.Good quality and strong. There is also have ahook on the top, which increases thesafety of use. It doesn't take up space.Easy for home use. High quality.

Easy to operate. Doesn't feel as sturdy as a static ladder but does the job. Intetesting to see how long it lasts.

For what we need it for it’s a good ladder, we like the black and the hooks.The only thing I wish is that they invent a telescopic ladder that only needs you to push in one clip to lower it rather than one on each side.

These steps are very easy to raise and lower and came with hooks for the top rung and a soft pad which has a v out of one side for putting up against posts. They are very light so easy to carry around and store neatly in a small cupboard not requiring much room. My only gripe is when using them they do sag a little when climbing and descending them so make sure you’re in the weight limit of them. Highly recommended for keeping in the home negating me having to get larger ones from my shed if I just need a quick job done or to nip into my attic.

Brilliant really happy with the ladders good buy

The ladder is a great buy and I would of given 5 stars but I don't like the way it closes it's a bit loud and seems like it's going to trap ya fingers although it won't due to it going down in stages, love the hooks aswell and was the driving force to buy it.
