Really solid mouse - getting used to it hasn't been too difficult
edit: I liked using the trackball so much I upgraded to the logi MX ergo and use the M575S for my laptop. I stand by everything I said here - but the MX feels better in nearly every way... clickier buttons, nicer plastic, smoother rolling, metal stand (except feeling a bit smaller in the palm and needing a pen to pop out the ball) however - it is twice the price, of course, but I would consider it.Build quality is great - good enough weight to stay put. Plastic feels nice, slightly grippy and semi-matte (not that shiny cheap black plastic you find on many mice). Buttons and wheel feel nice, but the buttons are on the softer, quieter side in terms of clicking (totally functional, just to know if you prefer a thick click). The ball is fairly heavy and rolls nicely. I am surprised how precise and fast it can be - so much so it takes some getting used to in addition to being a new way of moving a mouse for me. Still, it's definitely usable for most tasks while in the learning process. It's nice not having to change mouse sensitivity, instead doing it intuitively with the ball. The only issue is logitech's software. The mouse runs perfectly fine without it, but if you want the extra options just be aware that logi control is poorly maintained software that has an installation issue, apparently worse on macs, and I'm still jumping through hoops getting it to work on pc. For some it just installs fine, for whatever reason. To be honest that's kind of expected with hardware apps these days.

High quality with lots of functionality.
Great mouse. Feels nice and solid, ergonomic, lots of functionality, battery life is good, and it’s accurate, responsive, and reliable. Pretty expensive but it’s high quality.

Best trackball mouse.
This is my favorite mouse-like device. My family has at least 4 of the prior version. The one I was using was probably 8 years old and it started to double click even when I didn't double click. For example, when I clicked a link, it opened two tabs of the same page. But I love the ergonomics and function of the track ball. I tried to swap for my daughters but hers got something sticky on/in it (she was probably 15yo when she got it) and the right click stuck a bit. I decided to just get a new one. The new one is just as good as the prior version except it supports blue-tooth so you don't need the USB key anymore. It's smooth and clicks perfectly. Highly recommend.

Great mouse, functionality top notch
Love this mouse. I know people might be worried about adjusting from a traditional mouse to one of these, which is controlled using your thumb, but assuming you are right handed and don’t have arthritis in your thumb, this style of mouse is so much more natural and intuitive and easy to use that dragging your hand all over the place. The buttons have a soft buttery click, cursor movement is smooth, and it was very easy to set up on my computer. I use mine for work which is a lot of documents and excel and internet. I don’t have gaming experience but for what I use it for it’s great. I wish it were a little more affordable but I haven’t been able to find a similar style mouse for much cheaper so it might just be the price point. The only negative feedback I have is that this is supposed to be able to switch between multiple devices with just the push of a button when you have one device set up to Bluetooth and the other with usb transmitter- it’s called the easy switch. But it has never worked for me. I tried looking up videos and disconnecting and reconnecting but it just won’t work so unless I fully disconnect and reconnect to another device with Bluetooth- I’m really stuck using it on just one device. I really wish this feature was working, but alas.

Precise, Comfortable, and Packed with Features
I really love this trackball mouse. It’s super precise, fits perfectly in my hand, and the extra features are a bonus. I especially like the dual connectivity — I can switch between Bluetooth and the included dongle without any issues. It’s durable, handles business, and gets the job done every time. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about it. If you want comfort and control, this is it.

Good quality, long battery life, looks classy
Batter has lasted a couple of months so far without charging. The roller ball glides smoothly and the ergonomic design fits my hand nicely. Buttons don’t stick or anything and it’s light but has enough weight to no get knocked around too easily. Functions as expected and seems high quality as this brand typically does. I didn’t want to spend this much on a mouse, but I know it will last for a really long time so I went for it.
