patahtic.....absolutely waste of money......i struggled to connect it on my netwrok with all tricks in my sleeve even it was not visible on 2.4Gz ( after disabling 5Gz) on my netwrok....once only after 50 tries i was successful but later it again disconnected and asked to pair again and till today i am unable to register it on home netwrok. i tried to connect on other netwroks but result is same.....utterly disappointed

Cercavo una telecamera per controllare il mio cane quando sono fuori casa: l'ho trovata.Facilissima da utilizzare sin dal primo utilizzo ed anche l'app di Ezviz è davvero ben fatta ed intuitiva e permette di poter scegliere diverse personalizzazioni sulla base delle proprie esigenze. L'acquisto separato di una micro sd da inserire nella videocamera permette poi di registrare video parziali o completi del periodo di assenza da casa: tali video sono consultabili direttamente dall'app Ezviz, tramite la quale si possono eliminare o condividere tramite le app di messaggistica.Vi è anche la possibilità di ricevere notifiche sul proprio cellulare, con video, in caso la telecamera registri dei movimenti nella zona da voi selezionata.La qualità dell'immagine è buona e senza grandi pretese, anche al buio o con scarsa illuminazione si vede piuttosto bene; la qualità del suono non è proprio perfetta, specialmente in caso di rumori forti il suono risulta distorto e disturbato mentre per quanto riguarda i suoni normali o i discorso tra persone sono chiaramente udibili.La durata della batteria è veramente lunga, soprattutto se la telecamera viene usata in modalità di risparmio energetico e bastano 2/3 ore per ricaricarla completamente.Il fatto che la base sia magnetica è davvero un plus non da poco, perché permette di poter sfruttare il magnete per posizionare la telecamera anche in zone generalmente non utilizzabili senza magnete, come ad esempio la porta del garage.In sintesi, sono molto soddisfatta e consiglio l'acquisto.

I recently purchased this camera and had a bit of trouble setting it up with my iPhone 16 Pro. The camera wouldn't connect to the app, while it worked fine with other devices like Android phones and an iPhone 15. After contacting customer support, they were very responsive and helped me troubleshoot the issue.It turned out that the problem was related to outdated firmware on the camera. Once I updated the firmware using an Android phone, the camera connected seamlessly with my iPhone 16 Pro. I'm happy to say that everything is now working perfectly!Kudos to EZVIZ customer support for their quick and helpful responses. The camera itself is high quality, and I’m satisfied with both the product and the excellent customer service I received.
