It was magic, I tellz ya!
Tell you the truth, I did NOT expect the near-explosive effect those little packets would have on my l electric kettle. Absolutely clean, not a single bit of scale — when I had been pouring out great chunks of white sheets into my coffee filters for weeks before finally giving up and going proactive. Now, this product is on my subscribe n save list.

No mess and easy.
Amazing product! Descaling could not be easier as there is no fussing around with liquids or powders. Simply drop the bag and remove once the limescale has disappeared. Unquestionably the best!

Top-notch descaler worked in very scaled electric kettle
This is a top-notch product. My electric kettle had lime scale on the clear glass and the bottom of the kettle was jet black from scale (we have hard water). I put one packet in for 15 minutes and then let it go for a second 15 minute stretch per the instructions and it was like having a new kettle! Check out the pic there was a bit left I didn’t see. If I had seen it I would’ve given it another 15 minutes and I’m sure it would’ve been gone!

Damaged product received and No way to refund
The parcel was received damaged and when I tried to place the return/return request, it showed no refund or return available for this product. I am yet to try the product out but the delivery in damaged packaging itself put me off the product.

Great descaler.
Absolutely brilliant. Does what it says. I needed it for a hob kettle that I use for camping. I hadn’t realised how badly scaled it was but I followed the instructions and left it to soak for 15 minutes, and my kettle is good as new.

Non soddisfacente
Meglio l'aceto bianco. Ci vuole molto prodotto e il calcare comunque si fa continuamente. All'interno ci sono due bustine dunque il costo del prodotto è spalmabile per due utilizzi. Non conviene e inoltre... troppe sostanze chimiche
