Excellent workability.
This set is a one time purchase with no more need of parchment paper. It doesn't require any, or very little, maintenance. It is a really handy and simple method of loading and retrieving breads to and from the oven. Fewer burned fingers.

used in cast iron bread pan with success
I used the smaller size across the narrow width of a cast iron bread pan and I laid the larger one across the pan from end to end. It worked well to pull the loaf out without any sticking

Lifesaver
I just used my bread sling this morning and I loved it! Very easy to use and helped prevent burning my forearm while placing bread in hot Dutch oven and taking it out. Highly recommend! No sticking, easy to clean and rolls up for storage nicely.

No burnt peasant bread!!
No more wasted parchment paper. The pack of 2 is. Perfect for making peasant bread in a Dutch Oven. They don't tear, are reusable, and just roll up to store.

Easy to handle
Doing sourdough bread I always used parchment paper. Have had my eyes on these for a while and decided to purchase. I’m happy I did. Makes getting in and out of my Dutch oven much easier.
