The product arrived immediately (next day) and packaged sufficiently for safe transport. I read some other desertcart reviews that said it didn’t fit. When I attempted to install this motor I assumed as well that it did not fit. I spun the new motor left and right 20+ times trying to get it to fall into the “seated” position with no luck. I was about to give up and assumed it simply didn’t work with my dishwasher, specially because it looks slightly different than the OEM motor. I realized there are three small plastic strips/guides on the motor and inside the dishwasher that MUST align in order for the motor to seat. I placed a finger on one of the guides and guided it into the appropriate slot, one attempt, and it fit in perfectly. The motor is currently running and seems to work perfectly. I will update my review after a few months of use but this inexpensive motor saved me a chunk of money on repairs and as of now, appears to be a GREAT value and fair price. Installation (once I figured it out) was crazy simple. No tools needed. No plugs, no wires, no clips, no screws. Literally less than 2 minutes to install.
