It did take two people to put it together but super simple. Seems like great quality and a good value. I put it together today and it heated up great. Blue tooth speakers work great. Looking forward to sweating it out! Review: Great Sauna! - This is a great sauna. The unit was delivered in 3 boxes to my front door. All boxes were in good shape and not damaged. The shipping company was great to work with, providing text updates and delivery was earlier than expected. I removed each piece of the sauna from each box and moved them individually to our home gym for assembly. This made it easy to carry each piece and also gave me room to work on assembly. The packing material takes up a great deal of space so I recommend unpacking, then assembly. All pieces were in perfect shape and nothing was missing. Once in the gym, assembly was easy and only took me 30 minutes to complete alone. The back and side walls insert into a base unit then interconnect with hidden hardware. This is a great feature and makes for a seamless exterior design. After the walls and base were interconnected the wiring is easily pulled to the top cover and interconnected via 4 access panels. (Two person assembly is recommended and would be even easier.) I installed this unit in a closet by removing the closet slider doors. The unit fits in the 48" opening with about 1/2" of room on each side . This unit is deeper than most others I looked at this price point. My closet is roughly 46" deep so the sauna fits with extra space behind it. It almost looks built in. (See Pictures) I also installed a dedicated 20 Amp electric receptacle for plugging the sauna in. The sauna will work on a standard 15 Amp plug, but I wanted a dedicated service to limit power drops on the remaining receptacles or lights in the gym. The unit is a perfect fit for a single user, although two people can fit snugly. The redundant controls (outside and inside) are easy to use. The controls are only in Celsius. The unit can be set up to 65 C (150 F). There is a timer setting as well. LED colored lights provide many color options. The sauna also has LED white lights for reading. The Bluetooth unit is easy to sync and the sound is good quality. I recommend turning the unit on for 20 minutes before use to reach your desired temperature. The seat is sturdy and deep which provides comfort and a non confining experience. The heaters do get hot, so take caution when leaning back against the wood slats not to touch the heaters. The door heater is a great addition in comparison to other units I looked at, providing heat from 360 degrees. I installed a small essential oil diffuser (Purchased through desertcart : ARDILA VEELA Sauna Cup Holder) that is a great accessory as it releases scents when the oils get warm. We have used the sauna probably an average of 4 days a week and have had great experience with it since February 2023. We noticed that the first few times we used it, our bodies did not release much perspiration. As we use it more, we are experiencing more rapid perspiration. We feel energized after each use. I highly recommend this sauna. ## Features - FAR INFRARED SAUNA – The new generation of non-radi-ated carbon crystal far-infrared heating plate is used, with smoo-th wavelengths and better therapeutic effects, providing you with far-infrared therapeutic 3D surround heating. Here are my thoughts on its performance and benefits: Design and Build Quality The sauna has a sleek and modern design that fits well in my home. The materials used are high-quality, ensuring durability and a premium feel. The assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were clear, making the setup process hassle-free. Performance The far infrared technology is impressive. Unlike traditional saunas, it heats the body directly rather than the air around you. This results in a more comfortable and efficient experience. The heat is gentle yet penetrating, providing a deep and soothing warmth that helps relax muscles and relieve tension. Health Benefits I've noticed several health benefits since using the sauna regularly. It has significantly improved my circulation and helped with muscle recovery after workouts. The detoxification process is also more effective, as I sweat more profusely compared to conventional saunas. Additionally, my skin feels rejuvenated and looks healthier. User Experience The sauna is equipped with user-friendly controls, allowing me to adjust the temperature and session duration easily. It also has built-in speakers and Bluetooth connectivity, so I can enjoy my favorite music or podcasts while relaxing. The interior is spacious enough to sit comfortably, and the infrared panels are strategically placed to ensure even heat distribution. Energy Efficiency One of the standout features is its energy efficiency. The far infrared sauna consumes less power compared to traditional saunas, making it an eco-friendly choice. This is a significant advantage for those who are conscious of their energy consumption and environmental impact. Overall Satisfaction Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my far infrared sauna. It offers a unique and effective way to unwind and improve overall health. The combination of advanced technology, user-friendly features, and health benefits makes it a worthwhile investment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their wellness routine. --- I hope this review helps! If you have any specific questions about the sauna, feel free to ask. ## Frequently Bought Together - KUNSANA Ceramic Infrared Sauna 1 Person Infrared Sauna Hemlock Far Infrared Saunas for Home 2 in 1 Indoor Sauna Room with Low EMF Heaters + Ceramic Heating Cube-Chromotherapy-Bluetooth Speaker - TOLHYUN Sauna Backrest Sauna Accessories Wooden Slip-Resistant Non-Toxic Comfortable S-Shape Design Sauna Chair with Back, Sauna Accessories for Any Barrel or Infrared Sauna/ - Radiant Saunas SA5052 Seat Cushion for Sauna, Brown --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/656719041-ceramic-infrared-sauna-1-person-infrared-sauna-hemlock-wood-saunas](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/656719041-ceramic-infrared-sauna-1-person-infrared-sauna-hemlock-wood-saunas) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
