This vibration plate is well-built and very lightweight, making it incredibly easy to move around. Despite being light, it sticks firmly to the ground during use so you feel completely secure. Setting it up is a breeze. I love the variety it offers, including multiple speed settings and different preset programs to mix up your positions. It has genuinely made exercising fun and engaging! Highly recommended.

This machine work wonders on my body. I am not looking to loose weight but let me tell you what it has done for me this far. The problem i had with my right knee, gone. My painful right shoulder, gone. The tight knots on my upper body loosened as well as my back pain, gone. I’m old,81. Been working out regularly since age 12. This product is great for old people because most don’t do free weights for fear of injury. As a result the small stabilizing muscles are neglected. This device really helps those that use machines that isolate and exercise particular muscles or muscle groups.

Easy set up! Works great and I’m looking forward to seeing some changes. Also, if you can’t find the remote, it in the top part of the styrofoam packaging. Batteries not included. The speakers for playing music is an added bonus.
