Good spec, competitively priced
A plain no gimmick laptop. 16Gb of RAM, 1Tb SSD and i3 intel processor with Win 11 and MS Office built in. A good work-a-day m/c.

This new product has been shipped out by Dell with charging fault.
Setting this laptop up for personal use, was going really well, until I realised that it was NOT charging. I found out how to cancel the orange light and even tried a similar charger, to no avail. This brand new laptop just WILL NOT CHARGE!!!!!

MS Office is NOT Free
The product claims a full version of MS Office.However you still need to buy a subscription so it is very isleading

Unusable due to moving cursor bug
I've owned many Dell units as my employer chooses them (which I feel is a false economy). Build quality is good and performance is fine when it works (they're terrible in conjunction with Windows 11), but the notorious, known issue of the cursor randomly jumping to another point on the screen makes the unit not fit for purpose.Worse, Dell (and other manufacturers, to be fair), are aware of the issue yet fail to even acknowledge it, let alone fix it, even when presented with countless user comments on their own forums!I prefer ethical companies who have a focus on quality. Dell are not one of them.

Well-built, fast laptop
While a core i3 machine such as this one is not designed for gaming or computation-intensive work applications, for ordinary household use this machine is fast and reliable. I have another Dell laptop that I have had for four years and have had no problems with it. This one has a solid state hard drive and 12 GB of memory and both combine to make the machine very zippy. I am very pleased with it.
