The Producers 50th Anniversary Edition [Blu-ray] [2018]

Still funny after 50 years.Stellar cast.The remake wasn't bad, but it's hard beat the original.

Just wonderful, Mel Brooks very best work and drawn from real life too! Totally original, words and music by Mel.

Excellent update to bluray for one of Mel's best films at a very attractive price.I'd buy it just to see the incomparable Kenneth Mars as the deranged nazi, Franz Liebkind again!

I've loved this film for years - it's one of my favourites. I caught it playing on TV recently and thought I'd like to watch it again so had a look to see if there was a Bluray version now (I already had the DVD).Happy to find this one was released a couple of years ago. Slightly high on price for an old film, but if you love this one you'll be impressed with the remastering. They have taken the original film and converted to 4K (although this is just a standard bluray release, not 4K) and the picture quality is pretty impressive.There are some extras included on there that don't come on the DVD version too.Overall very happy with this.
