Does it leave a residue or make your hair feel greasy or oily?

It makes your curls look and feel amazing

Is this product also beneficial in dry desert climates, too?

I live in Florida and this still does not keep my hair from becoming dry and frizzy. I found Devacurl No Poo. It has no suds and leaves my hair super soft and No frizz! I would recommend it on any hair or at least one with no sulfates/parabens those are the real culprits!

Can you use this shampoo on gray hair

My hair is somewhat grey & it works fine.

Package arrived with contents spilled out, how do I get a replacement?
