The noise that you will hear is coming from the DEP-1. The Donner DEP-1 88 Key digital keyboard has good key sensitivity, some decent sounds and the 88 keys may bey just what some people are looking for. The keys are "Synth Weighted" which means springy and responsive but without the hefty feel of real piano keys. The DEP-1 has a USB port so you can connect to your computer for working with your DAW/Sequencer software. Over all I liked the DEP-1 but there is constant system buzz and noise that is heard constantly whether you use the built-in speakers or plug into a sound system. The noise is bad and ruins the usefulness of this keyboard. The noise comes through the speakers with the volume turned down to zero and even when using the USB port to trigger sound from DAW/sequencing software.
