What country is this sourced from?

The chili flakes are sourced from peppers growing in New Mexico USA, the product is domestic, at least, that what it says on the label.

I'm looking for a very hot and spicy Korean Flakes.  Can someone tell me which is the hottest?

"Hot" pepper is a subjective term.  I'm a Texan and grew up eating Jalapeno and Serrano peppers and I even enjoy Habanero peppers in moderation so what to me is medium might be really hot to some.  All that said, I'd call this no more than a medium heat.  You can moisten a finger, dip it in the flakes and eat it without breaking a sweat.  You'll FEEL some spice, but it's not what I'd call really hot.  Not as hot as pepper flakes you'd get from a pizzeria.

HI!  I was wondering if there is any salt in this product or is it just dried chili peppers?

This product does not have salt in it, just dried chili peppers.

Is this still sourced in mexico and processed in the us?  the last response was three years ago, and i emailed the company twice and no reply.

Apparently yes, as the label on the bag I just received (April, 2022) clearly states "Our exclusive blend of 100% pure dried red chili flakes from Mexico.", even though the label in the product's picture fails to state that fact. As such, these really *ARE NOT* Korean Chili Flakes in the literal sense. However, they do taste good and have the spiciness I was after, so will use them up. I don't know if I will re-order them again however, as I truly dislike untruthful advertising and feel that the company should have clearly stated this product is made from Mexican peppers in the description or on the label they show to sell their product.
