I bought this electric water dispenser two months ago, and it worked fine in the beginning. The water flow was smooth, and it was very convenient to use. However, after about two months, the rechargeable battery stopped working completely. It no longer charges or powers on, which makes the dispenser useless. I tried multiple charging cables and sockets, but nothing helped. There’s also no option to replace the battery, which is very disappointing. For a product that’s supposed to be long-lasting and convenient, the quality of the battery is extremely poor. I would not recommend this product unless the manufacturer improves the battery life and offers better after-sales support.

Within 4 months out of order not working properly now so what to do?

Product is not working properly. Out of 2, I have checked one, even though full charge water is dispensed.

Started malfunctioning after one month. Very Useless Product. The water flow is not up to the mark. The battery also might have damaged as even when kept on charge it doesn’t charge properly.

This is a great product.very easy to use I was looking for the best water dispenser and I purchased it by seeing all the positive reviews and yes it didn't dissappointed me.but this is the perfect product, design, durability, performance and charging everything is perfect with no leakage.

Very good and helpful product. Using it happily for over 2months now. Will update if any issue. Edit-no issues even after a year and a half, batteries have run out though. Opened it and batteries are generic ones which can be replaced easily. Pretty solid item on fact.
