Almost burnt the house down!
Used it twice, almost burnt the bloody house down (and yes in only heated it up for 40 seconds as the label suggests) Need to send it back to get a refund, but ive already chucked it in the bin as it stinks the house out! DO NOT BUY!!

Started a fire! We’ve only used it a handful of times and it caught on fire in the microwave Would give 0 stars if I could

Do not purchase - fire hazard
Used a hand full of times according to instructions and it set on fire during a 45 second microwave - it’s now burnt with hole in the bottom and no longer usable. Also left oily residue and burnt mark inside microwave. Do not purchase

Worth it!
It is a little on the pricey side for what is essentially just a heating pad, but it works well and has a nice scent. Plus it’s sooo cute which makes it a good pick-me-up on crampy days. Already thinking about getting the crab and will definitely be repurchasing the lobster for my friend!

Effective & Great quality
Really enjoy this product, the smell is awesome, super soft and the quality is amazing. Slap it in the microwave for however long the instructions say (I put it in for 2 minutes) and enjoy the heat. You do need to reheat every 15-ish minutes I’d say cause I noticed it gets cold a bit faster than I’d like.
