Why no sound coming out ?

1)Aux Settings:Enter the Main Menu of the original car-Multimedia-select external devices-select AUX, and adjust volume + up to 20. 2)If your car without aux menu,you need buy a adapter to make the sound coming out ,please search the Asin:B08XXF2T5Q

why i can not access the original system?when I switch to car logo, the screen is blank ?

Please enter : Application- Car Info-Factory Head Unit Parameter Setting-Original menu Resolution adjustment(automatic)-confirm and reboot. Note: if you car is CCC system, you need to select Original Menu Resolution Adjustment(Manual)-800x480 to fix.

The camera image is fuzzy, how to modify it? /Why I can not use reverse camera?

Please access Car infor-General setting-Rear Camera type (if your car with original backup camera please choose original rear camera,if your car with aftermarket backup camera,please select correct one (AHD or CVBS)
