My 2 year old son loves these. He immediately knew what to do with this toy and was able to identify them as “rocks”. They are sturdy, wooden different shaped blocks. We love wooden toys over plastic. Very good colors as well to help him learn his colors. Worth every penny!

Children love trying to stack and balance the wooden stones.

We are returning this item. Altho it is well made, the box for storage is flimsy and cheap looking. The blocks themselves are ok but they are smaller than we expected and really too small for a one year old who would likely try to put them in his mouth. I would say this toy is more suitable for a child who is at least 3 years and up.

I bought these for my 2yr old grandson to challenge his stacking skills. They're perfect for this and they seem sturdy so far. Love the different shapes compared to regular blocks. Note: They are rated 3+, but are suitable for children my grandson's age if they keep things out of their mouths.

Got these to use as "forest blocks" for my pretend-play loving toddler. The blocks are all well sanded and the paint is even.Some of the pieces are very small, and the wood used is extremely lightweight which makes stacking them very difficult for smaller kids.Overall they're really pretty and look great in the toy room, but for us they aren't ideal for younger kids to to the size and weighting.

My two and half year old loves it. It says 3+ but I’m not sure why. The small rocks are not too small. The colors are very nice and there are 40 pieces. My kiddo adds matchbox cars to this rocky landscape play.
