J&R product is very good. I find the design, finishing and colour classy & elegant. Personally, like the optionality of Dry Iron + Steamer which many other portable garment steamers lack. I find the product ergonomic for it's size. An area of improvement/recommendation - There is a constant sound of what I believe is the motor pumping the water. Would be great to have that minimised/eliminated. Most importantly, I was particularly impressed with J&R's customer service & centricity. I faced a problem with the product and they were quick & courteous with their response. Their great customer services did stand out of the crowd. A special shoutout to Jaina from their team who was handling this matter. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

I bought this product and it stopped working after 15 days. I contacted their support and they fixed the issue. Excellent product support.

Great product with beast power

The item was functioning fine till about 1month 7bdays after purchase but then suddenly stopped working & bexame dead 😏 ,amazon correspendent asked to directly contact the company, We contacted them via Gmail and their correspendent Jaina gave a very good response and a full refund was issued back soon without returning the item Also this item has 2 year warranty which had not been advertised

Great product and even better customer experience. My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. I didn’t even know my product was still under warranty until I reached out - very prompt and responsive.

Used it in India, used it in USA. Was able to comfortably iron the wedding wear, and also allowed me to fold the clothes into my luggage without worrying about creases. Very effective and quick ironing. Removes creases and folds in just a couple of attempts.

I got a faulty and used product. I had bought if for my travel so I didn’t open it until I reached USA. The water container was half full, the steam area had white residue and it didn’t heat when turned on. By the time I’ve come back , the return window has already expired. ITS MOST DISAPPOINTING and a waste of money.

It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!

I think this was one of the best irons for travellers. It was simple with multi selections of dry or steam ironing. Simple to use.

Purchased for my recent vacation a could not be happier!! Great price and did an amazing job on my outfits. So compact, lightweight and very well made! Removed any wrinkles effortlessly and I did not have any leakage at all!
