Fantastic product

This Nair hair removal cream comes as a double set - one is supposed to be for leg hair, and the other for hair on delicate skin (bikini line, underarms). It's been many years since I last tested a depilatory cream from this brand and I have to say that they have come on considerably. I found the creams much more effective than I remember them being around 20 years ago, when you would be left with lots of stubborn hairs that would still need shaving. Unfortunately, the need to spread the cream in a thick layer (similar to the final listing photo) means that the cream really doesn't go terribly far. The leg hair tube might stretch to two half legs if you squeeze the last bits from the tube and spread it a bit more thinly than advised, but you certainly can't get two full legs out of it (I struggled to get one full leg per tube). I ended up having to use the delicate tube for my other leg (where it worked just as well as the leg cream). The cream is supposed to be checked for effect after 5 - 6 minutes and left in place for no longer than ten minutes. Given this, I strongly recommend slathering the cream on using your hands rather than faffing around with the spatula. It took me almost 10 minutes to apply one tube using the spatula, so by the time I had smeared my thigh, my ankle was already fully cooked! This is a problem, as you can't really start washing off the cream on your ankle without also washing off the cream that hasn't yet had time to take effect. A rapid smear with hands is therefore the way to go, though is definitely the messier option. The listing says that the cream will leave my legs feeling silky smooth. I don't think this is the case. Immediately after coming out of the shower, I would say that my legs felt like the stubble you get one day post shaving. As I used the cream as a precursor to IPL, that's fine for me. However, I wouldn't recommend the cream if you really are looking for very smooth skin.

This is a interesting product. I do find they can be very hit or miss on how effective it is. The scoop thing is not very effective. Wash cloth does a better job overall for removal. Honestly it is not perfect. You still need to shave or touch up after using this product.

I have used hair removal creams before but not regularly, as i think they work out more expensive than other methods of hair removal, but thought i would give this bundle a go. I used the tough hair cream for legs first and using as i have before applying using my hand and removing with provided depilator the results were good. I have very fine light coloured body hair so didn't need to apply the cream too thickly, just enough to cover all the hair. After rinsing the remaining cream off in the shower my legs were smooth and hair free. I also tried the smooth cream on my underarms and again applied and removed the same as with the leg cream and i was left with smooth underarms. I have to say i did let my hair grow for a week before using as i used to do this before so not sure if that helps or not but always worked for me. I can see the smooth cream lasting a while with only using on my underarms but the tough hair removing cream definitely wont last as long with having to cover a larger area. I would guess that the tough hair cream would do 2 full legs twice on me and the smooth cream would possible last maybe up to 4 months if repeated 2-3 times a month. Great bundle and i like that the cream didn't smell as bad as i remember it smelling.
