Product Description It has a dark brown-red colour. A compact white-yellow, stable and lacing head. Touches of caramel, mocha and chocolate scent. Spices such as liquorice and coriander are also present. Initially, a very good mouth feel of alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and sweet. Good product - rubbish packaging!
The product itself was just what I wanted BUT I was terribly dissapointed with the way the bottles were packaged - it's amazing they arrived undamaged. The were merely layered between a few sheets of brown paper, unlike the Delirium Tremens beers which were packed in a special container and clearly marked.

Bottles Earn Mark Down
Amazing beer. Really worth the money, even if it is just for once. Paying massively for the bottle, too. Beautiful ceramic bottles which, I adore very much but, sincerely doubt that anyone in England (bar that place in Milton Keynes) has the facilities to recycle. Then what? Six clay bottles sitting on the wall...
