Wow, what can I say. Definitely does what it says!! Don’t risk taking this if you’re in an office or going out. Definitely a “take when at home for the day” drink. Takes about 5-6 hours to work and boy it does!! I add a tiny bit of milk to mine and seems to make taste nicer. Although it’s not mega awful on its own, just preference.

Fantastic product & I have tried so many as I suffer with constipation and bloating on a daily badly. I take it at night before I go to bed and by the morning I have my clear out. I’d advise not to take this tea if you’re travelling or planning to go out, you need to be by a toilet. You do get stomach cramps but that’s not unusual for me. The tea tastes quite nice compared to others I have tried which were always bitter. Definitely value for money & love that it’s a natural remedy as apposed to over the counter laxatives. Don’t advise to drink this daily, use only when you are backed up. I use once a fortnight. Great product & will keep purchasing!

I've been using this product on and off for almost 3 years now, and trust me when I say that it is one of the most powerful laxatives you will ever experience. I suffer from a lot of bloating and drinking this tea usually helps. - Is it a miraculour product that will shed kilos off you? No, but it will really clean you out, and possibly make you lose any weight cause by constipation or fluid retention. - does this product cause cramping? Yes, intensely so, if you've used this product NEVER trust a fart. - Does this product work fast? Personally it takes a good few hours to work, like 8+ (do not drink this in the morning before you go to work unless you want to have some serious regrets, or don't mind your co workers hearing the noises of violent diarrhoea) Personally I think this is a good product, it slims bloating and leaves me feeling a lot more healthy after, I do not recommend daily use however and advise you are careful about the hours you ingest this. The flavour isn't bad, definitely not as bitter as some green teas I've tried, and it's better than your usual detox teas. Pros : Detox, helps with bloating Cons: you will get the sh*ts, make sure to replenish your electrolytes and drink lots of water.

So I finally used this as I felt a bit clogged up this past week. Yesterday (Saturday) around 4pm I brewed a cup. Now, please note I completely disregarded the 3m brewing time, as this isn't my first round at the tea rodeo. Most of them do not work on me and if they do it's pretty uneventful, so I just left the tea bag in and sipped on it for maybe 15m. It tastes quite nice, I have to say. Around bed time I did have to go but that was a pretty normal trip to the loo. I thought "Great! Gentle and works!". This morning around 6AM my dog woke me up to go outside and when we came back I also needed to go. Again, nothing out of the ordinary. My people... it's 7AM now. 10m ago I felt an URGENT need to go again. I had to do a lil crip-walk as it immediately felt sudden movement was a no-no... I sat on the toilet and my intestines were on FIRE! I literally had to hold on to the toilet and for a few seconds there I thought this is how I was gonna go... I am appalled (and a little traumatised) at what came out of me... So much so that I'm still sat here writing this. The pain has gone, it was pretty quick... but my guts are gone too. I feel incredibly light. I've had to flush halfway through, to avoid plumbing trouble. You really have no idea how full of crap I was (ha!). 10/10 recommend. This is now my go-to tea. I'm glad I did this over the weekend as I'm not sure how the rest of my Sunday is going to develop. I'm pretty sure I have emptied out all my life-savings at this point but you never know what change is hiding behind the cushions.
