Easy to use. The first use alone helped remove a lot of the wax that was covering the eardrum that had been a struggle to get out.

Yes, it works!
My daughter was saying her ear hurt, so we looked into it with one of those doctor's magnifier/light tool. We clean her ears often but there was a lot of wax built up deeper and we could obviously not go that deep with a qtip. After some research I bought these drops to help soften the was. It is easy to use, you put it in and let it sit for 20 minutes (granted my 4 year old was not a fan but a good tv show helped). They you rinse it off with a bit of water.I did it twice in a raw (a single dose was enough). And voila, we looked again and the wax was mostly gone.I happened to go to the pediatrician a couple of days later and she said it was the good way to do it. She saw that my son also had an ear with wax and recommended to do the same.Pros: easy to use, good single dose size, no pain, unexpensive, and it works!!Cons: hard to get a toddler to sit in place with the head down but that has nothing to do with the product lol

Easy to use and worked!
I wish I had looked at the instructions so that I would have known I needed a bulb to rinse the ear afterwards however, I used a Tylenol syringe (lol) and it worked just fine!! Very easy to use, and worked perfectly! Big chunks out of my 4 year olds ear with one use.

Works!
Works!!! I was able to get the most deep and difficult ear wax out of my 4-year old sons’ ear. The wax was completely coating the eardrum, which made it impossible to remove with the other wax removal tools. But with a couple of drops of this product, the ear wax came off and now I can see a pearly white ear drum!!! So glad I tried it!
