Great for Keto Beginners. Amazing Recipes and Tips!
Really liked this book. Very informative for Keto diet helpful and easy to read/ follow for beginners and the recipes have been really tasty and simple. Perfect amount of motivation, truth about keto and the recipes have me hooked and already adding my own variations. Step-by-step instructions were perfect in guiding me to create my meal plans! Great way to get your life on track with this Keto cookbook! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book for anyone like me who is a complete beginner.

Very Poor Quality
Very Poor Quality. No one ever Proofread before sending this book to print. Recipes list ingredients never mentioned in instructions, and vice versa. Grocery List 'for each week' does not include all ingredients. I had to correct the first 4 recipes because of this. Also, although cover is pretty, the quality of paper inside is not much better than low grade typewriter paper, and quality of color photos is muddy. I give this a 5-thumbs down rating. Not worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. I was worried keto meals would be too complicated or repetitive, but this cookbook has completely changed that. The recipes are straightforward, delicious, and offer so much variety—I’ve never felt deprived. The fat bombs and cauliflower pizza have become staples in my meal planning, and I love how the book breaks down the nutritional info for each dish. It’s been so much easier to stick to keto with this guide, and I’m seeing real results while still enjoying my food!

Bad!
The most ordinary cookbook, which is not worth the money! More than half of the recipes are online, and I wanted to see something new. (I was also disappointed by the print quality of this book and the meal plan, but there were discrepancies.And what do 2000 days mean?? This misled me because I thought there were 2000 recipes, but there are no more than 150 in the book, even less. I do not recommend it!
