Product looks as advertised
I can't find anything wrong with these exercise bands/tubes. They are tubes but the site calls them bands so not really sure what to call them. It's like surgical tubing that we used to make wrist rockets with. I like the variety of strengths. I give a 4 for durability due to the size of the little carabiners that connect the tubes to the handles. Those are light to medium weight and I will be surprised if they do not fail. I have used similar carabiners in other applications and the gate springs fail eventually. I will probably go to Home Depot and get some stainless steel ones that I know will hold up. Also, because they are so small, when you clip the handle D-ring into the tiny carabiner, you have to then rotate the carabiner around so the webbing at the tube end will fit inside of the biner and not open the gate. Anyway, it's not a big deal but it would have been nice to have a nicer clasping system. I have some other tubes that have nice stainless clasps that are shaped more like a sailboat swivel snap shackle and they are very robust. The stitching is good but the webbing is not as strong as the older ones I have. Again, I doubt this will create an issue down the road but it just gives the equipment a cheaper feel. I'm sure it will hold up alright though. The tubes I am replacing just are getting older and one day when I was doing curls, I might have needed to add another tube or maybe I should not have stretched it out so far but the tip broke off and the tube went flying. These newer tubes have the weight resistance stitched onto one end so that's handy to be able to pick up the tube and see what the resistance is since they are all colored similarly (gray and black shades). I have not used them in a real workout yet since they just arrived yesterday and I only opened them today. I got them to be able to work out when I travel. Using tables and chairs in hotel rooms leaves a little to be desired. I would recommend these to anyone but if I were to buy again I would look for some with stronger looking clips on the ends of the tubes. Just my opinion. Lastly, I was going to get the bar they advertise with these but decided instead to pick up a one inch diameter wood dowel from Home Depot alone with some stainless carabiners and some 1/4" hemp cord. I wrapped the handle in the cordage and attached the carabiners to the end with small U-bolts and it works really good. I could have spent $29 or whatever for the fancy bar but I like this wood one and it reminds me of something Rocky would have used to train. lol

Meets My Needs at a Great Price
I am very satisfied with these resistance bands. I installed several hooks into a wall stud, and created a system that offers me resistance strength training with a high degree of of safety without leaving my home. I ordered 2 sets to meet my needs and can do most of the exercises that I would do in a gym. These will never replace free weights or some expensive home gyms, but they have met my needs to get back into better shape. Can't speak to longevity yet, as I've only had them a few months; but so far, they are holding up well. At this price, if they last a year, I would just buy replacements if they break. Update: After about 2 months, one of the handles broke. I didn't make a complaint, as I had 3 sets, and all others have been fine. The only negative criticism I have is that the bands in the 3 sets differ in their resistance levels even though they are labeled with similar resistance numbers. The colors, although all are grey or black, are even slightly different among similarly labeled bands. For example, I have 3 twenties. Each are slightly different in shade of grey. The darker actually offers much more resistance than the lightest; each offers a different resistance levels. This is true for each resistance levels in 3 sets. Still, they offer a safe and easy to use and store alternative to free weights or bulky machines.

Gym in a bag!
I'm doing a lot of travel, and when I do this, it takes me away from my home gym equipment: Free-weights, treadmill, and B-flex. I wanted something I could toss into my luggage or the trunk of my car and just have something available so I could continue my workouts (albeit with obviously necessary adaptations) while on the road. I went with this set because it looked pretty versatile and included both handles and loops, as well as the all-important door wedge for attaching the bands when you need a static point. Looking over and trying this set briefly, it appears to be well-made and I found the tension levels to be comparable to what I can feel when using my regular machine. The ability to double-up the straps means I can technically go to a full 200 lbs of resistance, but in reality, what I need the most is 60 and 80 for most of what I do. The combinations in this set let you assemble however much you want, and it's great that everything fits in a single provided travel bag. They also include a helpful exercise suggestion card, for various things you can do with these. I'd say the only thing to take care with is it's best to wear some kind of eye protection when using something like this and/or to ensure that you don't over do it or overstress the bands. Overall though, it looks like a pretty good product at a decent price.

Good deal...
I like them. Have a bad shoulder really helping with rehabilitation building strength back into it. Good choice if you not into cast iron weights. If you just want something simple.
