Q: does this rail come with mounting hardware and will the screw patern match up with the factory drill and tap dimensions on a savage 93r17 hmr

Hi Jeff, I went back to the two piece factory mounts. The bells on the scope I was trying to use at that time hit those rings, I tried to use the one piece mount to gain more slots fore and aft but the mounting holes did not match my rifle. I ended up using a different scope that fit in my original rings. It's a BSA Sweet 22, 3x9x40 and the front bell just makes it inside the rings. Hope this helps, I'm old and it was a long time ago to try and remember all the details.

Yes the ejection port is beveled on both sides for LH as well as RH shooters. All the newer Mk11 rifles are 1 5/8 ports so your good to go. best geo

It will fit the Mark II TR and the TRR-SR (Recent Production with a 1 5/8" ejection port). Before you purchase call Savage Arms and give them the model number of your rifle. They will give you the specific product number that will fit your rifle.
