Besides the obvious color difference (Slim Fit is purple and Dreamgirl are Fuscia colored) the Dreamgirl are slightly contoured, along the length of the earplug, ending in a slightly wider base. The Dreamgirl have a slightly pointier tip, so if you have very small ear canals, you may find the Dreamgirl earplugs slightly easier to insert.
