These are good insoles with good arch support and pad to support the metatarsals. They're pretty sturdy with good cushioning and fit most of my shoes. I have a pretty bad Morton's neuroma which I've had to get some very pricey custom orthotics to deal with. These insoles were a good stop gap that helped me keep mobile, and reduced the pain considerably while waiting for the orthotics to arrive. They won't solve my problem (hopefully the orthotics will!) as they are not designed for my feet but they are as good an off-the shelf product as you can get in my opinion.

I suffered with plantar fasciitis in my left foot for two years. At the end of last year it faded away only to be replaced with another pain. In the pads below the toes I had the senstation of walking on a small round pebble. This was very painful and after continued sufference for approx 4 months (& after 'googling') I realised I had possibly one or two symptoms similar to Mortons neuroma or meta tarsalgia? Varying advice included adhesive pads or inserts with similar built in pads that would sit in the area of you foot just beneath the toes.I purchased the inserts for my shoes and within a day of wearing these the subsidence of pain was immediate. They feel slightly strange at first because you can feel the raised area of the pad on the base of your foot, but this eases very quickly.Day 3, no pain and improvements continue. For a shoe insert, they appear quite expensive but on the positive side, they are a quality item and they work. Worth every penny

I’ve been dealing with a strained metatarsal, experiencing jarring pain for some time until it was so bad at times I was limping. Well, that was until I got these. They have been a game-changer for me! They’ve completely stopped the pain and allowed me to move around much more comfortably. Great support, superb quality, and they are a really good fit for my size, making them easy to use. I tried lots of things before this; the other insoles I tried before were useless. These are such good value for money. In fact, I finally had an appointment with a podiatrist, and these arrived the day before. When I went to the podiatrist, she was very impressed when I showed them to her. Highly recommend if you're dealing with metatarsal pain or something similar!

Very good quality product and supports the feet nicely but tricky to cut down to the shape of your shoes, as per the instructions.

I have pain under foot and was recommended using these insoles. I now have them in work shoes, golf shoes and even these slippers at home. Thry fit well and are very comfy with a floting feel and are great support. Less pain now and i notice if i put on shoes without them. So i swap about now too.

With so many soles to choose from I had to rely on reviews to get the right ones. Also, the name helped. Look I love my feet but whet they are standing for 12 hours per day I need comfort. They do increase arch support but have not really changed my foot issue. Perhaps I was thinking/hoping for too much but probably worth a punt as if they work for you it would be quite a cheap solution to horrible pain.
