I can say that it is a very attractive unit with a little brushed gold rim on the top panel, and it's heavy and sturdy. The carry handle on the top is extremely secure when I lifted the heavy dehumidifier out of the box. It's large and yet compact, also beautifully shaped, and would fit perfectly tucked into nooks around the home. And while this next part may seem minor, any user who is going to be emptying the tank as opposed to a drain hose installation will find this to be an extremely useful feature... the inner tank that holds the water has a handle too! I've owned 4 dehumidifiers and none of them had this inner handle. Having to very carefully transport a heavy, filled to the brim, open container of water across a room was one of my dreaded tasks! This would make emptying the tank a joy. Additionally, customer service was immediate and unbelievably human, understanding, kind and most of all, helpful.
