These GABA gummies taste fine but unfortunately in my opinion they contain FAR MORE ingredients than GABA. I got this product before the whole ashwagandha craze on tik tok, they were sitting in my cabinet without realizing what they were for. When I first got this product I thought it was for sleeping. When I found out it was only for stress, that's a game changer, I now take them before work every day and I am way more relaxed and focused.
