I ordered this kit along with a rotating halyard to convert my telescoping flag pole into a traditional rope halyard type. This will allow me to lower the pole in high winds, which I found is impossible with the telescoping pole.This kit had ample rope, the hardware is high quality and everything worked as designed. I feel it was a great value for the money. I recommend this.

When we bought this house the flag pole was in pretty sorry shape. The rope was weathered and broken and the hardware was pitted.This replaced it perfectly and got my flag flying!

Got this Remagr 50Ft x 6mm Flag Pole Rope Kit because it looked like a quality kit and it definitely is. The listing suggest other uses, such as clothesline, swing, and camping, but I plan to use to the rope in my block and tackle hoist that I use for butchering deer. The rope, anchor and snap clips are strong enough for my needs. Actually, the block and tackle hoist is not much different than the flag hoist, except the block and tackle has two blocks each having two pulleys so it cuts down the load by to one fourth.
