At the price I paid this makes me rate this 4 stars. I had previously rated it 2. Original review below:Firstly it looks like this has been dropped 40 times. It has little indentions all over the wood. six spots have splintered wood coming from those identions and I had to smooth them out. This does not look like a new product at all. The mouse pad idea on either side is a nice idea, but in reality it doesn't work. the material is fraying along the edges and is already fallig apart before I even had the chance to use it. I will most likely end up returning this but there honestly isn't anything similar available. Also this would be much better if it was a little wider, it is plenty long enough, but only 11" wide. If it were 13-14" it would be perfect. I may go to home depot and just buy me a piece of thick pine and cut it down and sand it myself. It's hard to find a good products these days and this one just plain misses the mark. Very dissapointing.

I didn't know when I bought this laptop holder how useful it would be. It has built in mouse pads on each side. It holds pencils or pens in the groove at the top, and it is reversible for people that are right or left handed. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to work in a variety of places including in bed.

This desk is a solid and beautiful piece of Bamboo that works great for left and right handed people, of which I am left handed, that has a built in mouse pad. You simply flip the desk over to make the switch from right handed to left handed use. This desk is fairly heavy, but it is a solid desk versus others I have seen with Cut outs. Very solid construction. This desk has slots at the top to hold a cell phone or tablet, but functionality depends on the thickness of the cell phone or tablet in or out of whatever case you might have them in.Overall, I really like this because I'm left handed and it has enough room for my laptop and the mouse.

It's a solid little desk.. I noticed the mouse pad is starting to fray a bit after a couple months of use. Also, I think the description mentions cooling, or airflow? I have to say there's no such thing with this. It's a solid piece of 'wood', no holes or anything, so my computer does get kind of warm.. but nothing too crazy. I would say good overall.

A lot of people have the misconception that they need to run a cooling pad to keep their laptop cool. The reality is that most laptops have an air intake beneath the laptop, and often people will put their laptops onto a position where those vents are being clogged up. This leads to the laptop becoming hotter than it normally would. This station is sturdy and the laptop sits on it like its a table, so the fans can function appropriately.

I like the length. Long enough for a full sized keyboard and mouse. Built in mouse pad very nice. Reversible for left/right, which is great. Wood has a very nice and feel. Downside is that it's a little heavy and doesn't have a way to adjust the angle. Overall, I like it and would purchase again.

I really like the quality pf the product. No damages to the product. Very useful.

Works well for the laptop I'm using to work at home. I only wish it was about 6 inches longer then it would fit across both arms of my petite recliner.Attached mouse pad is great, you don't have to worry about it moving.
