Great simple syrup
This Bluestem Botanicals ginger simple syrup is really good. The syrup has a thinner texture than others I've tried and a strong ginger flavor. Its great for making mules and I use club soda instead of gingerale. The syrup arrived well protected and fresh with an expiration date out almost 2 years from receiving it.

Spicy Mules
This has been perfect as an ingredient for our Moscow Mules. A little bit gives an update to a gin and tonic, as well. So much more convenient than making your own syrup.
