Upgraded to this unit
I am a T-Mobile Hotspot user. They recommended that I upgrade my device. This was their recommendation. Easy to install the SIM card, and while it did take a while for it to download and update the Firmware, it was easy to use. The downloadable app is also easy to use.The only issue I had was trying to log into the device before it finished upgrading the software. Be patient until after the upgrade is completed.It's a bit larger than my previous unit.Connection issues - I have an issue with it reconnecting when I leave the vehicle and return.

Wouldn’t purchase it again
Inseego doesn’t have a customer support that will support the product. They will refer you to the source of your purchase.The customer support number won’t be answering your call. They will disconnect your call after you’ve heard the recording. You have to leave a message for them to return your phone call and hope that they will respond

Waste of money & time
The media could not be loaded. I purchased an unlocked device through Verizon.Do you want to start the day off on the wrong foot? Want to always be annoyed when trying to relax and watch tv? Well boy does Inseego have the product for you.I thought I was 'upgrading' from my Jetpack 4G LTE MiFi 8800L from 2018 because that device would cut out all the time. Well... This 'new' MiFi is 100,000x worse, it cuts out at least 3 times an hour! I work from home, I need internet!It's also slower than the 4G device was and somehow I'm now consuming twice as much data as I ever did and running through my data plan in 2 weeks? Even though my habit's haven't changed at all? I can't run YouTube videos above 780p without it skipping and pausing the video - oh but commercials run seamlessly of course.I also hate how you have to hold the power button down for 10 years to get it to turn on, but you better sit there and watch it for the next 5 minutes because sometimes the first power-up screen is just a tease, it comes on but it doesn't actually turn on so you have to mash the button until it actually fully turns on.The battery life is also short lived, in the time it took to write this review the battery went from 62% to 37%. (About 25 minutes because of how long it took the 3 minute video to upload).I hate this device.If you want to go from being a laid back happy person to an enraged annoyed house wife, buy this brick of compacted trash. Want to fight your family more often because you're always agitated? Buy this brick of trash.Huge waste of money - for 1/4 the cost you can get their cruddy, however less cruddy, 4G 8800L. Better yet, get star link like I'm going to. Save yourself the frustration that is hotspots.
